  I'm not usually a huge fan of woody musk scents, but this one has a subtle lingering fragrance that's perfect for daily use. The initial scent is reminiscent of niche men's fragrances - imagine a cool, woody aroma from a misty forest. It's great for summer. The texture is right in the middle between light and heavy, with no stickiness. When applied after drying your hair, it helps tame those flyaways, leaving your locks looking sleek and well-groomed.

  The fragrance is quite strong at first, but it fades rather quickly, which is a bit disappointing in terms of longevity.

  Pros

  I actually tried the shampoo first and loved the scent so much that I was torn between buying the shampoo or the oil. I ended up choosing the oil. It doesn't leave any sticky residue on my hands or hair, and the fragrance is still amazing. I'm not sure if others can smell it on me though, as I don't have anyone to ask... haha! When I bring my hair to my nose, I can smell the truly wonderful scent. It really brings my perm back to life!

  Cons

  The downside is that it rarely goes on sale and comes in a small quantity. It was difficult to choose between this and the shampoo since they're the same price.

  Tip

  I have medium-length hair, and I apply 3 drops to each side of my parted hair, then 2 more drops to the rest. Make sure to rub it between your palms before applying it to your hair.

  Longtake Sandalwood Intensive Hair Oil This Longtake hair oil has such a luxurious design! What's more, it has my favorite woody scent, which I absolutely adore. Fall is the perfect season for woody fragrances, making this ideal for the current weather. The oil itself absorbs smoothly without any stickiness or residue on my hands - exactly my style! After applying, it noticeably reduces tangles, making it the perfect hair product for autumn.

  Cons

  The woody scent might be polarizing for some, which I consider a potential drawback.

  Pros

  The scent might be divisive, but I found it quite pleasant! Someone came close to my hair one day and asked what shampoo I use - I guess that's because of the lovely fragrance, right? I also appreciated that the oil wasn't heavy or sticky.

  Cons

  I felt like the scent faded away quicker than expected, unfortunately. The amount is a bit on the small side too. I wish they offered a larger size! If it goes on sale more often, I'd be willing to give it another try.

  The fragrance is absolutely divine... It has a lovely fluid texture. There's hardly any sticky feeling.

  This hair oil absorbs well into the hair when applied. I was worried it might be sticky since it's an oil, but I'm satisfied that it doesn't just sit on the surface. When applied to dry hair, you can feel your locks becoming softer. I especially love the subtle woody scent that's not overpowering. The clean and simple packaging is also satisfying!
