  Pros

  The best thing was how gentle it felt on my sensitive skin, causing no blemishes. When I apply it at night and sleep, the next morning after washing my face, my makeup seems to go on more smoothly.

  Cons

  However, I wish the volume was a bit larger. It has no scent at all, but I'd prefer if it had a subtle fragrance.

  Tip

  If you have an important event, apply it the night before, sleep, and then wash your face the next day. Your makeup will go on beautifully afterwards.

  Pros

  1. Gentle formula I have super sensitive skin, but this product didn't cause any blemishes. However, perhaps due to my thick skin, I didn't see immediate results. I give it high marks for being gentle. 2. Convenience Unlike typical exfoliating products that require dry skin during cleansing, this one can be used as part of your skincare routine, which is very convenient.

  Cons

  1. Scent As others have mentioned, the sour(?) scent was off-putting. I had to hold my breath while applying it and quickly move on to the next product. 2. Packaging Personally, I'm not a fan of droppers. They don't always dispense product to the very end, and sometimes they leak. I'm listing the packaging as a downside.

  Tip

  In the evening, apply an appropriate amount (about the size of a penny) in the direction of your skin texture.

  As I have super sensitive skin, I tested this product by using it for two consecutive days, then taking a two-day break, and have been using it daily since then. 1. Due to my sensitive skin, I was a bit anxious about using it for two days in a row. However, I was relieved to find that it didn't cause any blemishes, allowing me to continue using it with peace of mind. Seeing that it didn't cause any issues for my skin, I realized it must be a gentle product. 2. It absorbs well. The formula is fluid, and I applied it to my forehead, cheeks, nose, and chin, spreading it from the inside out and then gently patting it in. I appreciated that it provides an exfoliating effect without causing physical irritation to the skin. 3. When I wake up in the morning, my skin feels soft and smooth. For someone with sensitive skin like me, it's great to be able to remove dead skin cells without rubbing, allowing for exfoliation without causing redness.

  Cons

  I haven't found any downsides yet. If I had to mention something, it's that the fluid formula might run out quickly!

  I applied it quite generously! After applying this product, I was concerned about potential skin irritation, so I used a product containing 'allantoin' to help soothe my skin.

  I was initially worried when I felt a slight tingling sensation after using the product, but no blemishes appeared and I was pleased to wake up with my skin feeling firm and supple. The hydration lasts for a long time, and it seems to be effective at removing dead skin cells as well.

  Cons

  The Hwahae Testers Review 🌱 [For oily/blemish-prone/large pored skin] To be honest, I haven't had much time to use this product extensively before writing this Hwahae Testers review (˘̩̩̩ε˘̩ƪ) This is my experience after using it 3 times.. Since it's an exfoliating product and new to me, I used it every other day. Contrary to my concerns, it doesn't seem to cause any blemishes. The texture is like a slightly thicker serum compared to water. It applies smoothly and absorbs well. In the morning, my skin texture felt more refined. (This could be my imagination) And I thought, 'Did my skin get a bit brighter? Hmm..' (This could also be my imagination) I think I need to use it for a month before leaving a more comprehensive review. I'll be back with an update.

  After using it 3 times, I'm applying it well without any blemishes so far.

  Tip

  As instructed, I apply it smoothly after using toner at night. I followed up with a sheet mask, and it felt fine, not heavy at all.

  My skin type: - Dry / Redness / No acne or blemishes / Sensitive Texture: - Thin, slightly runny. Doesn't drip excessively. Scent: - Not too strong, pretty neutral. Personally, I find it pleasant. Application: - You only need 1-2 drops to roll it on. It absorbs quickly (I apply just a drop or two on my forehead and cheeks, as using too much doesn't seem advisable). It doesn't feel slippery. The sensation isn't like applying a hydrating essence or ampoule serum. Absorption is fast. - As it's a peeling serum, it seems to provide some exfoliation. (Before using this peeling serum, when I applied toner, emulsion, and sunscreen, then used cushion foundation, I'd get some pilling. But after using this at night, the next day I experienced less pilling, and with frequent use, the pilling disappeared completely.) - Despite having redness and sensitive skin, this doesn't make my skin flush. - Doesn't cause blemishes. No stinging sensation. Recommended skin types: - Seems suitable for dry skin too. Not recommended for: - Super sensitive skin

  Tip

  It works well when applied after toner. While it's not super hydrating, I like that it doesn't make my skin feel tight or flaky.

  The high content of acids seems to have a noticeable effect on refining skin texture. Despite my acne-prone skin, it didn't cause any blemishes and had minimal irritation. I was worried due to the lack of reviews, but it surprisingly suited my skin well. After using it for over a week, it appears to effectively dissolve dead skin cells while being gentle on the skin. Above all, I was impressed by its skin-friendly ingredients.

  Cons

  However, it felt less effective at smoothing out dead skin cells compared to salicylic acid. Currently, I'm using benzoyl peroxide which is causing a lot of flaking, but if I were using regular skincare products, the effects of this product would likely be more pronounced. The dropper was a bit tricky to control, possibly because I haven't used much of the product yet.

  This is a review from The Hwahae Testers! After using it the night before, I noticed the next morning that my dead skin cells seemed more refined and the roughness had decreased! I also loved that there was no feeling of dryness. Even though I have super sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes popping up or redness!

  Cons

  The finish feels a bit sticky, which can make your skin feel slightly suffocated. Also, the fragrance wasn't particularly pleasant, unfortunately.

  Tip

  Since it's meant for exfoliation, I recommend those with super sensitive skin use it once every two or three days!

  This is a review from one of The Hwahae Testers. This product was exactly what I was looking for in my current situation. These days, we're often taking off our masks outdoors and wearing makeup, then putting masks back on indoors. As temperatures rise, we're sweating more too. It's a situation where skin problems are almost inevitable. The skin inside my mask was getting worse by the day, so I was searching for various products. My skin type is usually: - Extremely dry - Almost no blemishes or acne. Maybe one or two due to hormones monthly? Even those disappear within 3 days. However, since I started wearing makeup and a mask: - The areas covered by the mask became very rough - I experienced breakouts in sweaty areas like the philtrum, chin, and nose - Even my nose's whiteheads, which I hadn't worried about much before, became an issue After using this product! I'm completely satisfied 1. All blemishes have subsided + no recurrence!! 2. This seems to be the least irritating exfoliating product I've used so far (This is based on how my skin feels, so it may vary for others) 3. My skin texture is super smooth. I didn't feel this much of an effect after the first use, but after using it consistently two or three times, my skin texture definitely improved. ==================================== Texture + Usage Scent - There's a slight unique scent, but I didn't find it bothersome - it's almost unscented to me Texture - It's very, very thin. It's a typical serum texture that runs when it touches your face, but the dropper makes it easy to use Usage - Since I have dry skin, I use it every other day I apply it right after toner. That's it! I use it after cleansing in the evening Right after applying, both my hands and face definitely feel sticky. But my face absorbs it quickly, so the stickiness improves to a tolerable level (It's still a bit sticky though.) For my hands, the stickiness disappears when I wash them with running water. What I was most worried about was dryness, but it's not drying at all. I was anxious about only using [toner+serum] on my dry skin, but I felt like applying anything over this exfoliating serum wouldn't do much, so I didn't use any other products. The conclusion is: it's not drying. It doesn't feel super hydrating, but there's no deep dryness or tightness. The morning after first use, my skin felt like it does a few days after using other exfoliating products? After the second and third use, my skin texture noticeably changed to feel baby soft.

  Cons

  - Maybe because I haven't used it for long, but while it helps with blemishes, it hasn't resolved the bumpy texture that isn't quite acne. Still, I'm hoping this will improve with continued use. The biggest drawback!! The amount is too small! Even though I only use it in the evenings every 2-3 days, I expect it won't last a month. Honestly, the instructions say to use 1-2 drops, but isn't that too little..? I feel like I use double that amount. Usually, I apply it with a few drops on each cheek, forehead, and chin. This much is necessary to avoid dryness and ensure even application. Plus, since my mom and I are both using it, it's running out quickly.

  For those who use it every 2-3 days like me! Try using a mask in between! It seems to enhance the mask's effectiveness!
