I got a great deal on this during a family sale. The white cast isn't too severe, and it applies thinly and evenly!! It doesn't pill much, so I've been using it daily lately. It seems to be okay in terms of not clogging pores. The puff is extremely dry and for some reason, the cushion is oversized, making it difficult to apply precisely to the contours of the face...

Since I only use sunscreen for my skin makeup, the brightening effect is crucial to me. Although this isn't marketed as a brightening sunscreen, it definitely evens out my skin tone effectively. What's more, it seems to control oil well. Even after hours of wear, my face doesn't get excessively oily. It just leaves a subtle, natural glow. The compact is slightly larger than usual, but I don't mind carrying it around because the product is so good. The puff isn't great, so I just use a Daiso sponge wedge to apply it. This is the first product that hasn't caused blemishes and has met all my expectations in terms of how it feels on my skin. There are absolutely no drawbacks. It's truly perfect! If anyone from AHC is reading this review, please maintain the same formula if you ever decide to renew this sun cushion. It's really that good. 쿨링감, 촉촉한 느낌, 퍼프가 커서 몇번 안발라도 됨. 퍼프가 커서 쓰기엔 편한데 굴곡있는 부위에는 불편하고. 백탁이 생각보다 강하다. 양조절 못하면 얼굴이 동동떠서 정량을 사용할 수 없다. 피부가 민감한 수부지인데 선크림 잘못쓰면 가렵고 갑갑해서 유기자차보단 무기자차를 주로 쓰는데 무기자차 선쿠션이고 처음엔 촉촉해서 괜찮은 줄 알았는데 한 2시간 지나면 슬슬 얼굴 당기는 느낌과 건조함, 답답함이 느껴진다. 3시간 부터는 양 볼에 가려움이 느껴진다. 클렌징티슈 사서 지우고 갖고 다니는걸로 다시 바랐다. - tm*********Normal SkinRecommendedJun 1, 2025
As someone with a shade 13 or lighter complexion, most cushions tend to darken my skin, but this one actually brightens it a bit. It feels refreshingly cool when applied. Used for about 4 days It cools the skin upon application, though the effect fades quickly. It naturally brightens the complexion. It's hydrating (doesn't leave skin feeling tight). No irritation (no blemishes while using, no tingling sensation). Easy to reapply. The scent? It smells like sunscreen, just your typical sunscreen fragrance. As for drawbacks... there aren't any. I loved that it came with a small sun cushion that's larger than my palm! It's also wonderfully hydrating. The texture is not moisturizing at all and feels quite dry. I'd recommend this for those with oily skin. However, if you have extremely oily skin, it might pill, so I wouldn't suggest it in that case. It's best suited for those with moderately oily skin. This sun cushion is huge, which made it really inconvenient to cut open. The puff that came with it was terrible. Since the product isn't moisturizing, applying it with such a large puff was quite challenging. It's extremely drying - there's absolutely no hydration. Even though I've barely used it, it doesn't adhere well when pressed with the puff. Rather than absorbing into the skin, it genuinely feels like it's just sitting on top. The glow it gives isn't attractive either - it looks more like excess oil. It feels slippery too. Oh, and it transfers so badly! I tested it by pressing my finger against my cheek, and it smudged and transferred like crazy. The brightening effect looks unnatural as well. You'd probably need some special technique to use this properly. I absolutely do not recommend this for dry or very dry skin types. Try using a different puff instead of the one included. Use a thicker puff. The included puff is too thin and doesn't provide any sense of hydration. First off, it absorbs well and didn't irritate my somewhat sensitive skin. There's a slight brightening effect (visible difference between untreated and lightly patted areas on the back of my hand). The best part about this sun cushion is that you can apply it over makeup. While temporary, you can feel a cooling effect when applying, which is great for gently patting on when your skin temperature rises outdoors. It actually contains centella essence for soothing and temporarily lowering skin temperature. It doesn't provide coverage. I loved the cooling effect! As someone with redness and combination skin, it gave me a soothing sensation. I think it would work well for all skin types. It even stayed put when I was sweating! Nothing bad to say, but those with oily skin might want to avoid it. When you sweat, it tends to give a bit of a shiny look.
