The cleansing power was adequate for the second cleansing. As it is a gel-type cleanser, using it with a bubble maker or a bubble net from Daiso to create more lather was much more effective than just rubbing it with your hands. Since I have sensitive skin, I often develop skin irritation if I use the wrong cleanser, but I never experienced that with this one, perhaps due to its gentle ingredients. It seemed to be really good value for the price.

I have combination skin with occasional dryness that lasts 365 days a year in my mid-30s. I've used mild cleansers before, and this is my first time trying a mild 'gel' cleanser. 1. Produces good lather Since this is my first time using a gel, I didn't know how to use it at first and the lather wasn't great. But if my face has a lot of oil or heavy makeup, the lather doesn't come as easily. In the morning, just a pea-sized amount gives me a rich, abundant lather, so a small amount cleanses my face well! 2. Great for morning cleansing In the evenings, it doesn't cleanse as thoroughly. I guess that's the trade-off for being mild. So I'm only using it for my morning cleansing routine, and it works great - no irritation or tightness on my skin. 3. Less irritating Being a mild formula, there's less tightness after cleansing, so it's less irritating on my skin.

Since it's a gel cleanser, you have to rinse it off multiple times to feel completely clean. If you just rinse it like normal, your face will feel a bit slippery! The cleansing power is definitely weaker. That's why I can only use it for morning cleansing.
