I liked that one pump dispenses just the right amount. The scent might be divisive. It's close to a strong herbal fragrance. Though it's labeled as vanilla, even when fully dry, the herbal scent lingers. I'm sensitive to smells, but I found this preferable to a scalp odor. As for cleansing power and lather, being oily-haired, I tried it after skipping a day's wash. It lathers well, though the foam isn't dense - it's more fluid due to the texture. Cleansing effectiveness was average. The finish feels more moisturizing than squeaky clean, so I'd recommend this for dry scalps rather than oily ones.
ConsNot recommended for those with oily scalps! After washing in the morning before work, signs of oiliness appear by afternoon. It didn't suit my oily scalp, and I even got a scalp blemish after a long time.

Scalp care: There's a noticeable improvement, though not dramatic after 2 weeks. Consistent use might yield better results. Scalp itchiness has significantly decreased. Can't say much about oily scalps. 2. Texture: It's like an emulsion. Not quite thick, but more gel-like than regular shampoo. Concentrated formula. I personally liked this aspect. 3. Scent: I appreciate that it has a fragrance. There's a subtle vanilla note that lingers. It's not 100% vanilla though.
Cons1. Scent: While I'm not particularly sensitive to fragrances and actually enjoyed it, it might be polarizing for some. 2. Application: It's almost funny to talk about a shampoo's 'absorption', but... it doesn't lather well and requires multiple applications. It feels like you're applying product directly to your scalp. 3. Price: The cost is a bit of a drawback...
TipMake sure to wet your hair thoroughly and work up a lather.

It has a lovely milky vanilla aroma with subtle aromatic notes. Amazingly, my scalp itching, dandruff, and hair dryness all disappeared. Since it uses natural surfactants, I don't worry about scalp irritation when using it. It rinses well even in cold water, leaving no greasy or slippery residue. As someone who sweats easily and has a hot scalp, I was amazed that my hair stayed in good condition all day, even in the peak of summer. Additionally, I've been concerned about recent hair loss, but as you can see in the photo, there seems to be less shedding before and after showering, making me want to continue using it.
ConsIf I keep using it, I think it will run out quickly because it's gentle and smells good. I hope they release a larger size!
TipThe scent and hair condition last long without using other treatments or moisturizers. Managing both hair and scalp is easy with just one use in the morning and two in the evening.

Appearance: The packaging is incredibly luxurious, giving off the impression of an expensive shampoo. It's so pretty it would make a great gift! Texture: Unlike most transparent shampoos, this one is an opaque white color. It has a slightly runny emulsion-like consistency. Scent: The fragrance is crucial for me when choosing a shampoo, and this one has a unique scent. It's somewhat reminiscent of vanilla, but heavier and more sophisticated. I enjoyed the long-lasting fragrance, though it might be polarizing for some. Performance: At first, I was disappointed by the lack of lather, thinking it was due to the high-quality ingredients. However, I realized I wasn't wetting my scalp enough. Once I thoroughly soaked my scalp, it lathered up nicely! It cleanses the scalp effectively while leaving it feeling moisturized. On busy mornings when I skipped conditioner, my hair didn't feel stiff. Knowing the ingredients are good, I feel confident massaging it into my scalp without worry.
ConsAs someone who washes their hair at night, I noticed my hair would get a bit flat by the afternoon. This might be due to the moisturizing nature of the shampoo. Also, the price is a bit steep. Even with the current sale, it's still 39,000 won, which feels a bit burdensome.

Moisture and Fragrance: This product has a nice level of hydration. Compared to other anti-hair loss shampoos, it leaves my hair less stiff after showering. I also appreciated that instead of the typical herbal scent of hair loss shampoos, it has a rich vanilla fragrance. Cleansing Effectiveness: It seems to lather more than I expected, and I like that my hair doesn't get greasy quickly after use.
ConsExpensive Price: While I understand the product has good ingredients and a nice scent, the price makes me hesitant about repurchasing. Runny Consistency: It often drips when I squeeze it into my hand, which can be inconvenient when using it with wet hands.
TipWhile it was fine for me, some of my family members with sensitive scalps mentioned experiencing slight redness after use. If you have a particularly sensitive scalp, please keep this in mind.

I think I'd need to use it more consistently to know for sure. First off, I loved the scent. It's hard to describe exactly... maybe vanilla? Or herbal? Whatever it is, the non-irritating fragrance was really pleasant. The formula is white and somewhat thin, so I started by pumping out small amounts and applying it evenly to my scalp. It was easy to use because it lathered up nicely when I massaged my scalp with my fingers. I liked that I didn't need to use a lot of product to get a good lather, which can sometimes make you feel like you're not cleansing properly. I'm usually too lazy to use conditioner or hair treatments, but with this shampoo, my hair felt soft even without those extra steps. Though I think this might only work for those with natural, untreated hair like mine. Even when I washed my hair at night, it didn't get too greasy by the next evening, so I think it would be great for summer use. It would probably work well in other seasons too. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a gentle shampoo with good ingredients that's kind to your scalp.
ConsIn my opinion, the formula was a bit runny, so if you pump out too much at first, a good amount might run down your hair instead of staying on your scalp. Actually, it's best to use small amounts and work up a lather as you go. To be honest, this isn't really a major drawback, but since there's a section for areas of improvement, I thought I'd mention it.
TipAs I mentioned above, don't pump out too much at once. Also, I'd recommend leaving it on your scalp for about 2 minutes after massaging, rather than rinsing it off immediately.

Mixing it with a bit of water creates even richer lather. - It has a gentle scent reminiscent of coconut milk or vanilla syrup. Unlike other anti-hair loss shampoos I've tried, I really enjoy this fragrance. It's also great at neutralizing scalp odor. - The packaging is very luxurious. It would make a nice gift.
Cons- For those who usually think any shampoo will do, this might seem a bit pricey. - Even though it's an anti-hair loss shampoo, it's still just a shampoo. Don't expect immediate improvements in hair health or instant growth of baby hairs.

I loved that it was stronger and longer-lasting than most perfume shampoos. • Texture: Milky white, thin, and slightly slippery. • Experience: Great for my hair that reaches my shoulder blades - only need 1 to 1.5 pumps. With other shampoos, I'd need 4-5 pumps, which felt like I was using them up too quickly. This one lathers up nicely and quickly. Even without conditioner or treatment, my hair stayed moisturized without major tangles. My scalp didn't get overly oily, even by evening.
Cons• I was unsure from the first use, but on the second day, I developed blemishes on my scalp and felt itchy, so I stopped using it. • 65,000 won for 500ml is too expensive. It would be nice if they offered frequent discounts or coupons on their official website. • The scent is too heavy. It's too warm for spring and summer use. Probably better suited for fall and winter.
TipIt didn't work for my combination-dry scalp, but my mom with a dry scalp found it okay. As always, cosmetics work differently for everyone. If you're curious about the product, I'd recommend checking it out at an offline store. (You can find a list of offline stores on the Dr. AD official website)

While it's too early to claim 'less hair fall' after just a week of use - that's something I'll need to evaluate with consistent use over time - there are several aspects I've enjoyed so far: 1. The subtle blend of vanilla and herbal scents is delightful, and the fragrance lingers pleasantly. 2. In summer, I often wash my hair at night due to sweat. With this shampoo, I've noticed less 'flatness' or limpness in my hair the following evening. 3. Despite some reviews mentioning poor lather, I found it sufficient. Even when using the shampoo alone, my hair didn't feel overly stripped or stiff. Overall, this is a product I'm keen to continue using as part of my hair loss prevention routine.
ConsThere aren't any major drawbacks to mention. If I had to nitpick, I'd say the product is quite runny, so it tends to drip when dispensed.

It looks luxurious enough to make a nice gift too. The formula is on the thinner side and pure white in color. The scent is delightful - like vanilla or condensed milk, sweet but not childish. It's subtle and lingers pleasantly! One pump is enough to wash hair down to the shoulders, creating plenty of lather. It cleanses well and feels soft even on my long, curly hair. Some shampoos make my hair tangled from the start, but this one keeps it smooth! I intentionally skipped conditioner and just blow-dried after shampooing. Considering I only used shampoo, my hair didn't tangle much when brushing - that's impressive! Not sure about the anti-hair loss effects yet, but I guess I'll know by the time I finish the bottle!
ConsThe only downside so far is that the regular price is quite high.
TipWhile the formula is on the thinner side, it's not so runny that it drips everywhere. Just shake your hand once before dispensing and you can use it without spills!
