Surprisingly, it lathers up the best! The great lather means you can shampoo with less product, which is fantastic. I used to have to squeeze the bottle at least 3 times before, but not anymore. It was tricky to control the amount at first due to its consistency, but after a few uses, I got the hang of it. Now I lather once, rinse, then use half the amount for a second lather and rinse - it's perfect! With my long hair, it was always a hassle to work up a good lather, but this has made it so much easier. The scent lasts incredibly long too! My hair always seemed to lose fragrance quickly no matter what shampoo I used, but this one lingers, making my hair feel even fresher. The included instructions mention that people with short hair might not need conditioner as it improves hair texture. While I still need to use conditioner for my long, tangle-prone hair, I definitely notice that my hair feels smoother than with other shampoos when rinsing.
ConsWhile I appreciate the long-lasting fragrance, it might be a polarizing scent. When I first lather up, it smells a bit medicinal, which I'm not fond of. As it dries, it develops into a coconut-vanilla blend that's a bit too strong for my taste. However, I'm still satisfied using it since it's the first shampoo I've found with such a lasting scent - it's better than no scent at all! The biggest downside for me is the price...

Here's my two-week experience after a delayed delivery, using it for as long as possible: Hair loss: This is probably the most anticipated effect of an anti-hair loss shampoo. For me, there was a significant change! After childbirth, my hair was stable, but switching to regular shampoo caused noticeable shedding. Even with dermatological medication, it worsened to the point where I considered stronger treatments. However, in this short period, I've noticed less hair fall. I'm including a somewhat unpleasant photo of hair collected in the drain after washing and drying - I was so excited yesterday I mentally cheered! Texture: It's like an emulsion that lathers when rubbed. The foam is luxuriously rich, neither too dry nor too sticky, making rinsing easy. Packaging: I love the pump bottle and the design is very appealing. Suggestion: It would be great if it came in sample sizes or smaller bottles - I'd love to recommend it to friends to try.
ConsAnti-hair loss shampoo: 3 scent notes / stiff hair / less refreshing feel - The scent isn't overpowering, but without reading the description, I would've thought it was ginseng. It's reminiscent of Sulwhasoo's First Care Activating Serum, or even cold medicine. The scent fades when dry, which I prefer as I like unscented products. (Update: Actually, the herbal scent lingers even after drying...) - It doesn't leave hair feeling soft, so using an essence while drying is recommended. - The post-rinse feeling is less invigorating. Honestly, these aren't really downsides. After being disappointed by regular shampoos promising softness and fragrance, I've learned that slightly stiffer hair is a fair trade-off for an effective anti-hair loss shampoo. Update (11/7): I've been using this product for about 5 months (and still have some left!). My hair loss is now similar to mid-pregnancy levels - well-defended. I consider this shampoo a good match for me. I came to check on repurchasing, but... the price is quite steep. It's a bit of a dilemma. Still, it's probably better than medication... I hope they'll offer smaller sizes in the future.
TipUsing cooler water rather than warm or hot water definitely reduces hair loss while washing. For exfoliation, use lukewarm water briefly, then rinse with cool water. I didn't notice much difference between cool and hot air when blow-drying. For anti-hair loss shampoos, try a smaller size first before committing to large bottles or 1+1 deals.
