Personally, I found the fragrance quite pleasant.
ConsIt leaves such a heavy residue! It's unbearable without using conditioner! Brushing is nearly impossible! The cleansing effectiveness is also poor. It feels like it doesn't remove oil well, leaving a residual feeling. While I personally didn't mind the scent, it seems to be a matter of preference as some people around me disliked it.
TipUsing conditioner or a hair treatment is absolutely necessary...

Appearance: The packaging is incredibly luxurious, giving off the impression of an expensive shampoo. It's so pretty it would make a great gift! Texture: Unlike most transparent shampoos, this one is an opaque white color. It has a slightly runny emulsion-like consistency. Scent: The fragrance is crucial for me when choosing a shampoo, and this one has a unique scent. It's somewhat reminiscent of vanilla, but heavier and more sophisticated. I enjoyed the long-lasting fragrance, though it might be polarizing for some. Performance: At first, I was disappointed by the lack of lather, thinking it was due to the high-quality ingredients. However, I realized I wasn't wetting my scalp enough. Once I thoroughly soaked my scalp, it lathered up nicely! It cleanses the scalp effectively while leaving it feeling moisturized. On busy mornings when I skipped conditioner, my hair didn't feel stiff. Knowing the ingredients are good, I feel confident massaging it into my scalp without worry.
ConsAs someone who washes their hair at night, I noticed my hair would get a bit flat by the afternoon. This might be due to the moisturizing nature of the shampoo. Also, the price is a bit steep. Even with the current sale, it's still 39,000 won, which feels a bit burdensome.

I also really appreciated that it's a vegan product - I always find vegan ingredients trustworthy. Despite its gentle formula, it didn't irritate my scalp, and over time, I experienced less itching and dandruff formation. There's a subtle yogurt-like scent, which I enjoyed, though it doesn't linger for long.
ConsI gave this to my dad to try as it's marketed for hair loss, but it doesn't seem effective for that (results may vary). Also, the gentle formula isn't quite strong enough to control dandruff for my oily scalp. By afternoon, I could feel dandruff and greasiness creeping back (see photo - it was actually a bit worse than shown). I wouldn't recommend this for those with very oily scalps like mine.

It's a design that's perfect for gifting. When I received the product as a Hwahae Tester, I felt like I was getting a present myself.
ConsAs a Hwahae Tester, it's disappointing when I have to point out the drawbacks rather than praising the product... After two weeks of use, my parents felt there might be some improvement in hair loss, but in my case, I didn't notice any changes in hair fall between the before (third photo) and after (fourth photo) pictures. On the bright side, it did improve my hair texture, but that came with a downside - it made my hair get greasy faster. Even without using conditioner or treatment, I was told my hair looked unwashed after just one day, as if I hadn't washed it for days.

It lathers up nicely. Feel: After rinsing, my hair felt soft without any stiffness or slippery sensation. Scent: It has a slightly sweet vanilla scent with woody notes. Despite not containing artificial fragrances, the scent is quite pleasant. This product would be great for those sensitive to fragrances. The scent lingers for quite a while after washing. Effects: I have a sensitive scalp, but I didn't experience any burning or itching. While it's labeled as an anti-hair loss shampoo, I'm not sure if it actually promotes hair growth, but it does seem to have a hair-thickening effect.
ConsOily Scalp: With my oily scalp, I noticed my hair getting a bit greasy by evening after washing in the morning. It's oilier compared to shampoos specifically for oily hair. I think it might make hair greasy quickly for those with very oily scalps or when used in summer. For me, it felt appropriate and not drying for winter use. Price: Compared to other anti-hair loss shampoos, the Labo H shampoo is currently 27,000 won for 700ml (on sale), while the Hairology shampoo is 39,000 won for 500ml. Even compared to regular shampoos, it seems somewhat expensive. Packaging: Initially, I was impressed by the luxurious box it came in, which gave a nice gift-like feeling. However, I was surprised that the shampoo bottle itself didn't feel very sturdy... It gave off a somewhat cheap impression. At first glance, I thought they were going for a premium strategy, but looking at the product details, they talk about upcycling and environmental concerns. However, I think most people are more likely to throw away the box rather than upcycle it. In that case, I wonder if minimizing packaging would be more environmentally friendly than using thick packaging materials.
TipOverall: While it uses natural ingredients with a good overall formulation and is gentle on the skin, the value for money and product direction leave something to be desired.

The consistency is a bit thin, but it lathers up quite well. It cleanses effectively, and while I'll need to use it longer to fully assess its anti-hair loss properties, it seems to be working (it might be synergizing with my other hair loss products). The ingredients are great! It's my first time using a shampoo without harmful components. Unlike some hair loss products that can cause scalp issues, I didn't experience any problems with this one.
ConsAlthough it's fragrance-free, there's an unidentifiable scent that I'm not fond of. It feels clean and crisp in winter, but I worry it might make my hair greasy quickly in summer. The lather isn't as rich as I'd like, but it's okay since it cleanses well.

It would make a lovely gift. The shampoo has a white formulation that feels wonderfully soft. Looking at the ingredients, I felt confident about using it safely. After using it for about ten days, I definitely noticed more elasticity at the roots. My hair felt stronger and didn't droop lifelessly. It seems like it could be effective for hair loss concerns. Personally, I found the fragrance pleasant, though I think it might be a matter of personal preference.
ConsAs someone with an oily scalp, I noticed my hair getting a bit greasy with daily use. That was disappointing. Even though I clearly washed my hair in the morning, by evening it would look greasy. It made my hair feel somewhat heavy. Also, the price point is a bit steep.
TipIt feels a bit heavy for daily use, so using it every two or three days might be ideal!
