  It provides a natural brightening effect while feeling lightweight on the skin. I've been using it without any irritation. As a base, it definitely evens out my complexion, allows foundation to absorb well, and doesn't leave an overly rich or greasy feeling, which I really appreciate.

  Skin type: - Light summer cool tone with yellowish undertones, 21 shade - Prone to pustular acne with some acne pigmentation scars - Somewhere between dry and combination dehydrated skin, with slight oiliness Color: It brightens up yellow-toned skin beautifully. Applying foundation over this definitely gives a more radiant look. Texture and application: Has a lightweight, water-like consistency that glides on smoothly. Its moisturizing properties make it great for those with dry skin.

  The staying power is quite short. Once when I went out wearing only this, my skin darkened quickly. Also, I applied it on my neck to match my face tone, but when I started sweating, it melted off in white streaks. When I apply foundation over this, it breaks down much faster and in an unattractive way. The foundation settles into pores as it deteriorates... When applied, it doesn't give an overall brightening effect, but rather a somewhat patchy look. I've tried applying it with fingers, brush, sponge, and puff, but can't seem to get an even application. After use, I experienced blemishes in various areas.

  1. Coverage: ❤❤ As it's a lavender tone-up base, the coverage doesn't seem that great... 2. Adherence: 🧡🧡🧡🧡 It feels like it adheres lightly to the skin~ And of course, it doesn't transfer to masks!!! 3. Application: 💛💛💛 While you need to spread it carefully due to the color, the application is good!!! It makes your skin feel smooth. However, it gets a bit dry over time, but paradoxically, the tone-up effect becomes more natural as time passes. 4. Recommended skin tone: I'd recommend this for brown skin tones like mine that want to look brighter.. It gives you a natural, soft-focus effect.. As time passes, it looks even more natural, as if you originally had fair skin.. That pure, innocent look.. I can never achieve naturally.. I'm going to use this every day...

  The biggest drawback is that now it's full summer, you might get white residue when you sweat.. But I still want to use it every day.. Don't look at me..

  If you apply it before makeup, you can achieve a completely soft-focus look. When applied on bare skin, it makes you look like you naturally have fair skin. Make sure to have a really solid skincare routine!!!

To sum up the three best points: • Incredibly lightweight texture • Natural brightening effect at its finest • No flaking despite my dry skin As expected from Hince's solid product line, this one didn't disappoint. It provides a natural look while still covering skin discoloration, and its lightweight feel left me thoroughly satisfied.

  If you really focus on the scent, it has a slight clay-like smell. Though I'm usually sensitive to fragrances, the overall performance makes it hardly noticeable.

  I've been really worried about my dark circles and dull complexion lately. I tried this product, and when I applied it before makeup and then put on my powder foundation, my skin tone looked much brighter than usual! The best part is that it's quite hydrating and spreads evenly without clumping. It feels lighter than sunscreen when you apply it. I highly recommend this for anyone struggling with sallow skin!

  If you have extremely dry skin, you might want to skip this as it may not be moisturizing enough for you!

  Tip

  Make sure to apply a very thin layer! I applied it a bit too thick once and was shocked when my face turned purple and looked way too brightened.

  It applies incredibly lightly. The brightening effect is definitely noticeable. When I want a light makeup look on weekends, this alone makes my skin look radiant. I really love the gentle ingredients and how effortlessly it absorbs into the skin.

  Cons

  Since my complexion is on the darker side, there's a noticeable difference with my neck color, so I have to apply it to my neck as well. As it's not a foundation, the staying power isn't very long.

  I absolutely loved the lightweight feel! As someone with oily skin, I often end up looking shiny with heavy products, but this one was perfect - not heavy at all and didn't make my skin greasy. My complexion is on the darker side, around shade 23, but this brightening moisturizer worked wonders in evening out my skin tone!

  Cons

  The only downside? The small size of the product. Other than that, no complaints!
