Even when my child applied it without using an emulsion after cleansing, it felt slightly moisturizing and absorbed smoothly, which was great. ■ It's easy for children to apply on their own, and compared to other brands, it's less sticky after application, making it a satisfying experience. Thank you!
Cons■ First, there's a white cast for adults, and it might be a bit challenging for young children to apply on their own. It does absorb over time, but you need to be careful when applying it. ■ I didn't notice it when I applied the product on the back of my hand and moistened it, but when my child was active and sweating, I noticed that the white cast became more pronounced in certain areas. ■ This is just our child's personal preference, but they said they felt nauseous due to the fragrance when wearing a mask right after applying the product. (This is purely due to our child's preference.) As an adult, I found it fine.
Tip● Personally, I found that the Atopalm stick-type product was easier for children to apply on their own compared to the tube type, and it had less fragrance, which was nice. It might be good to have both the tube and stick types on hand to use alternately. ● It's great that both adults and children can use this product with gentle ingredients, reducing the amount of luggage and the chances of forgetting to pack separate sunscreens for adults and children.

Free from 10 harmful ingredients, it's reassuring for both kids and adults to apply. While there's a slight white cast initially, it absorbs naturally into the skin. The texture is smooth like an emulsion, non-sticky, and leaves skin feeling powdery soft - the absorbs is top-notch. It's completely non-irritating even on sensitive children's faces and doesn't feel heavy, so you can apply it frequently. With its pleasant feel and SPF 50, I'm really satisfied knowing it provides strong sun protection.
ConsSince it's not waterproof, you'll need to reapply often during water activities. While the subtle herbal scent is nice, I think a fragrance-free formula might be better for a children's product.
TipIt absorbs quickly when applied gently.

That's why I've purchased everything from their emulsion to soothing gel and now this sunscreen. The sunscreen itself has a great absorbs, feels moisturizing, and is almost fragrance-free, so my child applies it without any fuss. While the texture is ordinary, it's not sticky and the moisturizing effect lasts long. Plus, it doesn't cause any burning sensation in the eyes. Since my child has super sensitive skin and is prone to atopic dermatitis, I'm extremely cautious when selecting skincare products. I love that I don't have to worry about that with the Atopalm line. This sunscreen seems suitable for all children's skin types.
ConsThere's nothing I dislike about it, and I plan to repurchase after I finish this one.
TipAfter applying the emulsion and cream, make sure to apply this thoroughly before going out, especially on the nape of the neck.

It didn't irritate my eyes, making application comfortable. There's a slight brightening effect, so I felt confident going out with just this sunscreen on. If it were midsummer, I would have slathered it generously on my kids!
ConsWhen applied to dry skin without any oil underneath, I noticed some deep dryness after a few hours of wearing just the sunscreen.

Our family is now on our third bottle, using it alongside a sun cushion. We apply it right before going out, after cleansing and emulsion. The kids expertly apply a pea-sized amount to their face, neck, and arms. - It's almost not sticky at all. (★★★★★) Kids hate applying sticky products, but fortunately, this one isn't sticky while still leaving a moisturized finish. (It's not a completely dry emulsion type) - The scent isn't bothersome (a very faint herbal scent?) - It doesn't sting or irritate the eyes We don't carry it around for reapplication, but there's a noticeable difference between days we use it and days we don't. One summer day when we forgot to apply sunscreen before going out, the kids' necks were noticeably red by evening. Since their skin burns easily and is delicate, we're making an effort to apply it without fail.
ConsThere's nothing particularly disappointing about it. Being a mineral sunscreen, it takes a bit more effort to blend in compared to emulsions, requiring several rubs to absorb fully. If I had to find something, occasionally the cap doesn't close properly? Once when traveling, I forgot my sunscreen and used Atopalm myself (I have combination dehydrated skin and usually use Lancôme sunscreen). Even for my use, there were no drawbacks with the product. Sometimes I wish the volume was a bit more, but then again, since we only apply it in summer, the amount seems just right.
TipWhen I purchased it before, it came with cleansing tissues as a free gift. Using the cleansing tissues together made it much more convenient. You can use the cleansing tissues for removal, or gently wipe with cleansing water or cleansing gel, followed by a thorough face wash with soap for a perfect finish. Having a sun cushion is also great for touch-ups when you're out and about.

I'm a mom with a 27-month-old son. With summer approaching, I've been on the lookout for a gentle sunscreen that our whole family can use - something that protects my little one's delicate skin and works for us parents too when we're out and about. That's when Atopalm came through with this great opportunity! First off, I prioritized the ingredients since it's for my child. I was relieved to find it's 100% mineral-based, providing gentle yet effective protection. The high-quality ingredients gave me peace of mind when applying it. It spreads smoothly without any stickiness, making it perfect for daily use. I felt comfortable reapplying it frequently on our faces, necks, arms, and legs without any worry. With the right amount, there was no white cast either. The texture is pleasantly hydrating, and I find the quantity just right for our needs. This Atopalm Zinc Mild-up Sunscreen is definitely going to be our go-to for sun protection this summer!
ConsI wish the dispenser allowed for a bit more control over the amount. I'm concerned that when my child tries to apply it himself, too much product might come out at once, making it difficult to control the quantity.

What I love most is that it's not sticky at all when applied, and it leaves a soft, glowing finish that I really appreciate. The scent is a mild herbal fragrance, not overpowering but subtle, making it perfect for kids to use. Unless your child has an extremely sensitive sense of smell, the fragrance shouldn't be an issue. I always make sure to apply sunscreen regardless of the season, and it's best when the ingredients are good and gentle. I've learned that zinc oxide, a mineral UV filter, is known for its excellent sun protection and soothing properties. It's suitable for all skin types, from children to adults, and helps protect sensitive skin, so you can use it with peace of mind. We've trusted Atopalm for our child since infancy, and I believe this Zinc Mild Up Sunscreen will do a great job protecting our precious skin. That's why our whole family, including my child and myself, plans to use it.
ConsThere wasn't anything particularly disappointing about this product. Oh! When first applied, you might think there's a white cast due to the mineral UV filters, but it quickly absorbs into the skin and the white cast disappears. There's no reason not to recommend it!
TipFor maximum effectiveness, it's recommended to reapply every two hours, even if it might seem bothersome.

It sinks in immediately after application, leaving no stickiness and a soft, matte finish. I don't like sunscreens that leave a white cast, but this one doesn't. I'm using it with my baby too. Highly recommended, it's great!
ConsIf there's one downside, it's the small amount. I know it might be greedy, but I wish there was more product in the tube.

It feels like it's slipping right onto your skin! Maybe because of how smoothly it applies, the moisturizing effect seems to last longer too. I love that it's hydrating without being sticky! They've completed skin irritation tests and claim it's free from 10 harmful ingredients, so I feel confident about using it safely. While it might be a matter of personal preference, some might perceive it as leaving a white cast, but I actually enjoy the brightening effect it gives.
ConsSince it's a product for children, they've added a fragrance, but I think it might have been better without it!

At first, it seemed to have a slight tint when applied, but it absorbs quickly when rubbed in without any stickiness.
ConsThe disappointing aspect was the fragrance. Initially, it had a herbal scent. Although the scent fades over time, children might need some time to get used to it.
