Cons- Feels quite rich - Doesn't absorb instantly - Can be tricky to control the amount - Not recommended for oily skin types
TipApplying too much at once slows down absorption It's best to apply small amounts in multiple layers

I used it when heading to work. I've been using mineral sunscreens, and since I need to wear it for long periods and apply makeup over it, I prefer gentle formulas. With my combination dehydrated skin, I've been searching for a product that's moisturizing without being too oily. Being from Atopalm, the ingredients are great! The application and hydration are also good.
ConsHowever, there are a few downsides. There's definitely a white cast, and while it's moisturizing, it's also slightly oily. It might be fine for winter, but could be a bit of a drawback for summer use.
TipIt seems like a decent product for daily use, and the price is reasonable too! A couple of things to note: 1. Due to the white cast, you need to allow ample time for absorption. 2. Personally, I feel this product is better suited for spring, fall, and winter rather than summer (due to its richness and hydration). I think it might be good to slightly lower the SPF and make it more season-specific.

My baby has atopic dermatitis, so I used Atopalm cream because of its reputation, and it was truly amazing. My son loves playing outside, but since he has super sensitive skin, I always make sure to apply sunscreen. Atopalm Zinc Mild Up Sunscreen is suitable for children 6 months and older, and its ingredients are safe, so I use it with confidence. The texture is not thin but rather rich. It absorbs well, and I think it provides a slight brightening effect. Not only for children, but I think this product would be great for adults with very sensitive skin too.
ConsRight after application, there seems to be a bit of oiliness left on the surface, making it look slightly shiny. However, this improves as time passes.

It felt wonderfully moisturizing on the inside while giving a nice, powdery finish on the outside. What I appreciated most was that it's an easy-water product, making cleansing relatively simple! Perhaps that's why I didn't experience any blemishes, even on days when I wasn't thorough with my cleansing routine. Lastly, knowing it's a product used for infants makes me trust it even more. I'll definitely keep purchasing this in the future!
ConsThere's a slight shine and stickiness in the finish, but if you take the time to let it absorb, it eventually becomes more powdery!

The Atopalm Zinc Mild Up Sunscreen is quite fluid and absorbs well into the skin. It's slightly rich and doesn't adjust your complexion. I have very dry skin, but because it's a bit on the richer side, I don't feel any deep dryness after application, which is nice. Since it's a product that children can use too, the scent is mild and it seems gentle on the skin. I have super sensitive skin that immediately reacts with pain and blemishes if I use something that doesn't suit me, but this product doesn't cause any irritation, so it's great for everyday light application. It's perfect for applying with kids and easy to carry around, making it ideal for use throughout the hot summer.
ConsAs it's a gentle product, it should suit most skin types. However, since it's slightly rich, those with oily skin might experience some blemishes.

Super gentle Not irritating at all, it's soft and gentle on the skin. So mild that even babies and children could use it. You can really feel how gentle it is when you try it. It's a brand known for their children's products after all. As a mom, I can confidently say it's mild enough to use on kids. When I tried it myself, it was truly gentle. 2. Perfect texture Not too runny, not too creamy - just the right natural consistency. 3. Dewy glow effect It's moisturizing without feeling greasy. It gives that trendy dewy glow look that everyone loves these days. 4. Moisturizing Spreads easily when applying. Leaves skin feeling hydrated after use. 5. Sun protection is important The sun protection factor is just right. 6. Lastly, the cute pocket-sized packaging is great for on-the-go Convenient to use, And you won't lose the cap - which is fantastic!
ConsDespite all that, Here's why it's a 3-star rating: 1. Claims to be unscented, but it's not I like unscented products, but this has a typical sunscreen smell If it were truly unscented, I would have given it a higher rating This was a bit disappointing 2. Gets oily over time For my oily skin, it felt a bit heavy It became greasy after a while 3. White cast While it might brighten the complexion for some, The white cast is still quite noticeable

It doesn't cause any dryness or eye irritation. The absorbs well and has excellent absorption. The scent isn't overwhelming either. There's no white cast, and even when reapplying, it doesn't pill or leave a strange texture. My 6-year-old son uses it too. It's a great sunscreen for kids as well, since it's gentle and free from harmful ingredients, making it a worry-free choice.
ConsIf you have oily skin, you might find this a bit too rich and it could make your skin look shiny. Also, for children, it's best to use cleansing wipes before washing their face. Just water alone doesn't seem to remove it completely.

ConsI was a bit disappointed with the rich texture. It didn't bother me too much, but it was still somewhat noticeable.

I don't mind reapplying every 2 hours. It's great for everyone - men, women, young, old, and even children can use it without any issues.
ConsThe scent is fine for adults, but I'm not sure about children. When you enter a wet sauna, it smells like wood. There's a slight oiliness to it!

Atopalm is gentle enough for babies from 6 months old, and its sun protection is so good that my kids, who play outside almost every day, hardly got tanned at all. With SPF50+ and PA++++, it offers excellent protection and lasting power. Now that the sun isn't as strong, applying it once seems sufficient. The texture is thicker and a bit oilier than a regular emulsion. While it might feel a bit greasy for adults, I think it's actually great for kids as it keeps their skin moisturized and prevents dryness. There is some white cast, but after patting it in several times and waiting 3-4 minutes, the white cast almost disappears.
ConsI wish it had a bit more hydration so I could use it too. It's a bit too oily for adults to use under makeup, which is disappointing.
TipSince it tends to leave a white cast, it's better to apply it thinly twice rather than thickly once. Patting it in helps absorb the product and reduces the white cast significantly. For adults who want to use it, applying it over just hydrating skincare products might work well for balancing oil and moisture.
