• Usage period: Consistently using since July 2024 • Scalp & hair type: Moisture-deprived hair, slightly dry, damaged (bleached), occasional dead skin cells during seasonal changes • Texture: Water-like consistency • Scent: Tea tree fragrance • Cooling effect: Excellent • Cleansing effectiveness: Cleanses so thoroughly it can make hair feel slightly stiff • Lather: While not as dense as regular shampoo, it lathers well when hair is sufficiently wet • The pointed tip makes it easy to apply directly to the scalp • Satisfaction: Refreshingly cool, especially in hot summer or when the scalp feels warm. The tea tree provides a soothing effect! Can be used alone or after a scalp scaler. Personally, I found that when used alone, it took longer for oil to build up. • Cooling effect: May sting the eyes when first used. If left on for too long (like a shampoo treatment), the cooling sensation can become uncomfortably intense. • Cleansing effectiveness: When used alone, hair may feel stiff, but becomes soft and flowing after using conditioner and blow-drying. • Make sure to wet your hair thoroughly for the product to lather! Otherwise, it just feels cool as it's absorbed. • Since it's not for daily use, take the time to section your scalp and apply thoroughly when you do use it. You'll experience a refreshing and invigorating sensation.

It really does wonders for your scalp! Massaging it in feels like getting a professional scalp treatment - so refreshing! It seems to cleanse scalp oils effectively, so I'd recommend it for oily scalps. It has a tea tree scent and the texture isn't too watery, which means it doesn't easily get into your eyes - that's a plus! If it gets in your eyes, it really stings and irritates.
