I got a perm about a month or two ago, and my friend who got one with me insisted I had to use a curl cream. So I just bought the cheapest one on Coupang, and wow... it was actually great! The difference between using it and not using it is really noticeable. It's my first time using a curl cream, so I'm not sure if it's supposed to be this... how should I say it... sticky? If you apply too much, it can feel a bit heavy, which was a bit uncomfortable. But thinking about it now, I guess it's inevitable that it looks a bit weighed down if you use too much. I think this product offers the best value for money. There wasn't anything I disliked about it. I'm planning to buy it again. The price is seriously so cheap. Among curl creams, this is the best value for money! I used this product for about a year when I had a hippie perm, and it was really great. I've tried other famous products for a long time, but I bought this one looking for something more affordable, and it turned out to be surprisingly good. I think I've gone through about 5-6 bottles. When you have long hair with a hippie perm, you need to apply curl cream generously, and since it gets used up quickly, you need something you can use liberally. This was the most practical choice. It doesn't leave your hair feeling heavy, and compared to other products, it's less sticky on your hands. I can't say it's the absolute best curl cream out there. There's a slight feeling of something missing, about 5% short of perfection. But it doesn't have any major drawbacks that make it uncomfortable to use. In terms of value for money, this is definitely the top choice. When you need to apply a lot of curl cream after a perm, this product offers great value. After washing your hair and towel-drying it, squeeze out an amount about the size of a quarter. Rub it well between your fingers, then apply it evenly to your hair, scrunching from the bottom up. After applying the curl cream, I usually only dry my scalp slightly with a hairdryer and let the rest air dry as much as possible. Even though my naturally straight hair made the perm loosen quickly, it still seemed to last about a week longer than usual. There's nothing bad to say. It's just that my hair is naturally straight... It's my own fault, haha!
