The product name was Barrier Balm, so I expected it to be thick and not very spreadable, but I was greatly mistaken. Contrary to my expectations, it spreads very smoothly and absorbs well, making the application process non-irritating and very pleasant. After experiencing several instances where creamy products were difficult to apply and caused my already sensitive skin to become even more irritated and turn red when I had to apply them forcefully, spreadability became a very important factor in my cosmetic selection. However, the Nisdeum Barrier Balm was able to be applied gently without any irritation during the approximately 10-day Hwahae Trial Reviewer period. For someone like me with problematic skin types such as acne, seborrheic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, and occasional contact dermatitis triggered by minor stimuli, this was an exceptionally mild and gentle cream. As mentioned earlier, this product seems suitable for those with sensitive skin types like mine. It could also be a good option for those who want to use a gentle product preemptively against potential irritation. Due to its mild and moisturizing properties, this appears to be a product that can be used by a variety of skin types, including the sensitive and the dry. The fragrance is unscented, and as mentioned before, the texture is extremely soft and smooth. As I've aged, my skin has become dry regardless of the season, and the uneven texture and wrinkles caused by acne scars have become increasingly noticeable, which has been quite distressing. However, after using the Nisdeum Barrier Balm, I was amazed at how long the moisturized state of my skin was maintained. Many other cream products often claim exceptional moisturizing abilities, but I've found that my skin would become dry again the day after application. With the Nisdeum Barrier Balm, my skin remained soft and supple even the day after applying it the previous night.
Cons
The disappointing part is that when I searched for the product, it seems it's still out of stock. The price is quite steep, though. Looking at the price alone, it seems exorbitant, but the features are good, so I'm conflicted and in a dilemma. (Please offer a more substantial discount!)
