Pros
This has been an indispensable must-have product since the early 2000s!! The formula is denser than regular creams and has an excellent glide. The absorption is just as good as the smooth application. The best part is that as someone with sensitive skin, when my skin gets irritated in the spring or fall, using the Hwahae cream really helps prevent a lot of the irritation. It's also great for daily use. After applying it, the skin recovers quickly from any issues. This is a great cream that you should use until the very end. For those with sensitive and problematic skin, you must try this product at least once. It really makes your skin feel healthier.
Cons
While the high price is a bit disappointing, my skin has become so much healthier from the investment. I'm extremely satisfied.
Tip
When my skin is really bad, I just apply the Ultra Relief Barrier Balm, and when it gets a bit better, I find it's good to use the skin I normally use. I like using the skin from Needs Dum, but I'm currently using it together with the COSRX skin.

I used it only in the evenings for about 2 weeks! Since it's a night-type product, there was a slightly stuffy feeling at first, but after a while, it was fully absorbed.👍 As it's fragrance-free, I was able to use it without any burden, and when I woke up, my skin felt comfortable, so I think I will continue to use it consistently going forward. It contains 2 patented soothing ingredients, which is probably why there were no blemishes.

The product name was Barrier Balm, so I expected it to be thick and not very spreadable, but I was greatly mistaken. Contrary to my expectations, it spreads very smoothly and absorbs well, making the application process non-irritating and very pleasant. After experiencing several instances where creamy products were difficult to apply and caused my already sensitive skin to become even more irritated and turn red when I had to apply them forcefully, spreadability became a very important factor in my cosmetic selection. However, the Nisdeum Barrier Balm was able to be applied gently without any irritation during the approximately 10-day Hwahae Trial Reviewer period. For someone like me with problematic skin types such as acne, seborrheic dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, and occasional contact dermatitis triggered by minor stimuli, this was an exceptionally mild and gentle cream. As mentioned earlier, this product seems suitable for those with sensitive skin types like mine. It could also be a good option for those who want to use a gentle product preemptively against potential irritation. Due to its mild and moisturizing properties, this appears to be a product that can be used by a variety of skin types, including the sensitive and the dry. The fragrance is unscented, and as mentioned before, the texture is extremely soft and smooth. As I've aged, my skin has become dry regardless of the season, and the uneven texture and wrinkles caused by acne scars have become increasingly noticeable, which has been quite distressing. However, after using the Nisdeum Barrier Balm, I was amazed at how long the moisturized state of my skin was maintained. Many other cream products often claim exceptional moisturizing abilities, but I've found that my skin would become dry again the day after application. With the Nisdeum Barrier Balm, my skin remained soft and supple even the day after applying it the previous night.

This cream has a balm-like texture! It's just like the cream you get when you go to the dermatologist! There was a slight stickiness right after applying, but it absorbed right away! And it felt like the moisture lasted almost all day! I hadn't applied sunscreen and had been in the sun all day, so my skin was burnt and my nose was red, but after applying this, it calmed down. The photo is after using this cream for about half a day.

It might cause makeup to slip or not match well if you apply it before doing your makeup! And for those with oily skin, it might feel greasy.
