  I've been using this since early 2024, and it's become an absolute must-have! The texture is denser than regular creams, and it absorbs beautifully. The absorption is so good, it goes without saying. The best part is, as someone with super sensitive skin, this cream really helps prevent flare-ups during the tricky spring and fall seasons. It's fantastic for daily use too. Applying it after extracting blemishes speeds up the healing process. This is a cream you'll want to use until the very last drop. If you have sensitive, blemish-prone skin, you absolutely must try this at least once. It truly makes your skin feel healthier.

  Cons

  While the price is a bit steep, I'm completely satisfied because my skin health has improved in proportion to the investment.

  When my skin is really acting up, I only apply the Ultra Relief Barrier Balm. Once it starts to improve, I layer it with my usual toner. While the toner from Liz Dem is good, I personally use it with COSRX toner.

As mentioned, it's suitable for those with sensitive skin like mine, or even as a preventative measure for potential sensitivity. Its gentle and hydrating nature makes it versatile for various skin types, including sensitive and dry skin. The product is fragrance-free, and as I said, the texture is extremely smooth. As I've aged, I've become increasingly distressed by the prominence of acne scars, uneven texture, and wrinkles due to year-round dryness. However, after applying the Needsdom Barrier Balm, I was amazed not only by the immediate hydration but also by how long the moisturizing effect lasted. Unlike other creams that claim superior hydration but leave my skin parched the next day, this balm kept my skin soft and hydrated even into the following day after nighttime application.

With 20 caution ingredients and allergens excluded, even those with super sensitive skin can use it worry-free. 2. Rapid hydration absorption After massaging it in, I loved how it absorbs quickly and cleanly without any rich residue! It definitely leaves your skin with a noticeable glow after application. 3. Effective with small amounts Just applying a pea-sized amount to your face transforms dry skin into soft, smooth skin! 4. Convenient tube packaging I appreciated that it comes in a tube rather than a jar that requires a spoon. It's not only easier to use but also more hygienic! 5. Strengthens skin barrier My skin's dryness has reduced compared to before using it. Dry skin often comes with itchiness, but during the period of use, my hives and itchy symptoms improved and disappeared, which was very satisfying!

  This cream has an ointment-like texture! It's just like the cream you'd get from a dermatologist's prescription! I thought it might be a bit sticky right after application, but it absorbed quickly! The hydration seemed to last almost all day long! My skin had gotten sunburned and my nose was red after being in the sun all day without sunscreen, but this cream calmed it down. The photo was taken about half a day after applying only this cream.

  It might not be suitable for applying before makeup as it could cause pilling or not work well with cosmetics! Also, people with oily skin might find it too rich.
