I use it about 3 times a week, and it definitely leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft after use! I thought the granules would be too irritating, but it's not at all irritating and rinses off gently, which I really like. 👍 The cooling effect from the mint is also amazing, so it's a great pack to use in the summer.

- It's relatively less of a hassle as you just need to spread it on and rinse it off - It contains scrub granules so you can exfoliate at the same time - The amount is more than expected and it lasts a long time

- No calming effect at all - It dries up quickly, so it's better to rinse it off within 10 minutes I had high expectations for this product, but to be honest, I don't recommend it
