Dead skin cell removal When washing your face after using the mask, gently massage the granules to naturally exfoliate dead skin cells. Your face feels softer afterwards. 2. Sebum control It helps manage whiteheads to some extent. It's great to use occasionally when your makeup looks patchy or when whiteheads are visible to the naked eye. 3. Ingredients True to the Lush brand, the ingredients are excellent! It seems suitable for most skin types, unless you have super sensitive skin.
Cons- The shelf life is quite short. You need to use it within 4 months of manufacturing, so you'll have to be diligent about using it regularly. - It can be quite intense on the skin. As soon as you apply it, your face feels hot and then cool. When your skin is sensitive, you might want to wash it off immediately. Use it when your skin isn't feeling particularly sensitive! - While the red bean granules provide physical exfoliation, they can potentially clog your drain. Be sure to maintain your drain well, or it might get blocked.

Despite their size, they're surprisingly gentle on the face. It provides just the right amount of exfoliation. The scent is a sweet minty aroma. Although it's a mud pack, it spreads smoothly and evenly on the skin. The cooling effect is intense - it's not just refreshing, it actually chills your skin. Thanks to this cooling action, any facial redness quickly subsides. The hydration is impressive; after using the pack, your skin feels moisturized and silky soft. It's also effective in soothing blemishes. It refines skin texture and preps your skin beautifully for makeup. Post-pack, your skin eagerly absorbs any serum you apply. It seems to help with oil control too - I feel like my skin is less oily than usual.
ConsThe cooling effect is so strong it's almost painful. While my skin feels great afterwards, the discomfort during use makes me reluctant to reach for it.

When I apply makeup after using this, my skin texture is noticeably different. It's great for reducing skin warmth and helps with puffiness too.
ConsIf you have super sensitive skin, it might sting a bit. Also, if you don't like the sensation of warmth on your skin, this might not be for you.

I appreciated how the cool sensation persisted even after rinsing with warm water. - My skin tends to redden easily when irritated, but despite the intense cooling effect, there was minimal irritation as my skin didn't turn red. - I could noticeably feel my skin texture becoming smoother after use.
ConsThere's not much to dislike... Perhaps the short shelf life? Those who dislike mint scents or cooling sensations should probably avoid this product.

It dries relatively quickly, so it's recommended to wash it off within 10 to 15 minutes. The intense cooling effect from the mint might be a love-it-or-hate-it feature for some. Since it's preservative-free, it has a shorter shelf life. I personally stored it in the refrigerator for an extra refreshing experience!
ConsThis product may be irritating for those with super sensitive skin.

This mask is quite user-friendly for a scoop-and-apply type. It doesn't demand exceptional application skills or effort - just scoop it up and spread it on. That's convenient. The skin feels cooler right after masking, and with its granules, you can expect some dead skin cell removal action.
Cons1. Irritation: Cooling effect? More like a burning sensation! Ever since my traumatic experience with the Numbers In Cell Serum Pack, I've been wary of such intense reactions. I never expected this level of burning - it felt like my skin was on fire from the inside out. While applying, I thought, 'Huh, my eyes are stinging quite a bit.' I frantically washed it off in less than 5 minutes. Sure enough, my cheeks were reddened afterwards. Now I'm trying to calm my skin with toner pads on both cheeks, but the burning sensation persists. 2. Scent: As someone who absolutely despises mint, the smell is like rotten mint. It's that nauseating mint scent that reminds you of inedible food - just a huge turn-off for me.
TipI'm not sure if it's because I washed it off so quickly, but at least my face didn't completely freak out like it did with Numbers In. I'll try to give it an adjustment period and keep using it for now... I'll update my review later. Everyone else seems to like it, so... But why won't this irritation subside?

On days when my face feels hot and flushed, applying this mask before bed gives me a soothing sensation.
ConsYou should absolutely avoid using this on days when you have open wounds. Also, it might cause irritation if used right after popping pimples.

It leaves your face feeling refreshed.
ConsThe large, coarse particles provide good exfoliation, but may be too harsh for sensitive skin.

I thought it might be harsh because of all the particles, but it's actually gentle and rinses off easily, which is great. The cooling effect from the mint is perfect, making it an excellent mask for summer use.
ConsThe tingling sensation from the mint can be quite intense, potentially making your face feel hot. If you apply it too close to your eyes, you might experience a burning sensation. However, this initial tingling subsides quickly as the mask sets.
TipSince it's an exfoliating product, it can be a bit harsh on the skin, so using it 2-3 times a week is probably best. Not exactly a pro tip, but avoid using it if you have any active blemishes or on days when your skin feels sensitive. I made that mistake once and had to wash it off within a minute because the burning sensation wouldn't subside. My skin reacted badly, so it's best to use when your skin isn't particularly sensitive.

I think I'll use it a lot in summer.
ConsIt's too harsh! As someone with sensitive skin, it's way too irritating for me. I couldn't bear it for 10 minutes and had to wash it off after just 5.
