There's nothing better for a foundation-free look. It doesn't cause any blemishes, and it brightens my complexion beautifully.

The SPF protection and the fact that it can look quite heavy if you apply two layers.

Even after applying toner, essence, and moisturizer, it's still so drying that I experience pilling around my eyes, hairline, and chin. For those with dry skin like me, mixing it 1:1 with a richer cream or serum can prevent pilling. However, once applied, it still feels quite drying, as if it's setting on the skin.

It contains ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, a common ingredient in chemical sunscreens known to cause eye irritation. Fortunately, I didn't experience any stinging in my eyes.

2. It's extremely, extremely drying... ugh.
