  The savior of the sebum control system...! Just apply it for about 3 weeks and it will immediately balance your oil and moisture levels.

  Cons

  Since it has a 15% content, there is sometimes a feeling of irritation. On those days, don't be greedy and take a day off.

  Tip

  Apply the toner before anything else. That way, it will be better absorbed.

  This seems great for summer use. It's said to be effective in reducing sebum, blackheads, and whiteheads. So when my skin is producing excess oil, which happens occasionally, it's perfect to use then.

  Cons

  It seems to be more effective for sebum control rather than brightening. Since it contains 15% niacinamide, those with delicate and sensitive skin should definitely do a patch test first.
