First off, I loved that it doesn't have any particular scent. This might be a personal preference, but I generally don't like artificial fragrances, so this was a plus for me. It has great 'absorbs' quality, gently adhering to the skin, and as someone with combination dehydrated skin, I found that it 'absorbs well' and quickly sinks into the skin. For an essence, the 'texture' isn't as bouncy as I'd like, which is a bit disappointing. However, I think some people might actually prefer this consistency. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 11, 2022
♥Scent♥ A subtle herbal or floral scent lingers. While it might be polarizing, I personally find natural fragrances quite agreeable. ♥Texture♥ It's lighter than an essence, more akin to a toner. Not quite watery, but has a slightly runny consistency. I've been using it like a skin toner since I recently had an MTS treatment, but it could work well as an exfoliating toner too. ♥Absorption♥ Probably due to its toner-like nature, it absorbs quickly. Once absorbed, it imparts a glow. Despite its runny texture, it gives a radiant finish like an essence. ♥Hydration♥ Moisturizing even with a single application. Unlike some toners that disappear instantly, this one leaves a lasting hydration after patting it in. I've been applying it 3 times both morning and evening for about 6 days, and the hydration seems to last. It stings if it gets in your eyes. Why does it burn slightly when it gets in the eyes? The ingredients are supposed to be gentle, so why does it irritate the eyes? Also, the packaging... You need to open the cap and pour it into your hand, but since it's closer to water than a runny consistency, it's prone to spilling. You need to be extra careful when using it. Apply 3 times in the morning and evening. Pat it in thoroughly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 10, 2022
Texture and Scent: The formula is a water essence with a truly fluid, non-viscous consistency. It's fragrance-free, but rather than having absolutely no scent, it smells like the raw product without added perfumes. The natural scent isn't unpleasant at all. Absorption and Hydration: When applied, it feels like a water essence with a hint of oil, which isn't overwhelming for combination dehydrated skin. It's neither slippery nor heavy. The product absorbs incredibly quickly, so I'd recommend reapplying or following up with another skincare product immediately. While it may not provide enough hydration on its own for this season, it works great as a first essence. I also found that using it on a cotton pad as a pre-makeup step improved my foundation application. Those who prioritize fragrance should be aware that this product is unscented without added perfumes (especially if you prefer products with a typical 'cosmetic' scent). Also, I think it might not provide enough hydration for those with extremely dry skin.
