As expected from a deep cleansing product, it can be a bit drying.

I stopped using low pH products about six months ago because they didn't effectively remove sebum and caused more blemishes. While I'm not sure if this is an alkaline cleanser, it cleanses as thoroughly as one! Even those with dry skin might benefit from alternating between alkaline or BHA-containing products and low pH cleansers.
With masks causing humidity and increased sebum production, proper cleansing has become crucial!
