■ Packaging The eco-friendly packaging uses paper cushioning and tape. The cardboard box clearly displays the product name and full ingredient list. The product itself comes in a transparent plastic container, making it easy to check how much is left. The flip-top lid is convenient to use. ■ Pads Each container holds 70 pads, which are said to be highly absorbent, soaking up all 220ml of toner. While it's hard to gauge just how much toner they're holding, I found they stay moist whether used as exfoliating toner pads or for a skin pack. As someone who always keeps skin pads on hand, what stands out about Equalberry's product is their size - they're significantly larger and thicker than average, about 1.5 times the size of typical pads. They maintain their shape even after wiping your face 2-3 times, which makes for a pleasant user experience. One side is soft, suitable for smoothing skin texture, while the other is meant for dead skin cell removal. However, it's not too rough, so I use both sides interchangeably. ■ Benefits While it helps with texture refinement and exfoliation, the most noticeable benefit for me is the hydration. I have extremely dry skin and often feel deep dryness even with most skincare products, but wiping my face 2-3 times in thin layers with these pads addresses that inner dryness. It seems like a great product for winter use. ■ Drawbacks While the hydration is great and I use it as a skin pack instead of a regular pack, the thickness of the pads means they don't adhere perfectly to the skin. You need to press them frequently on areas with contours. Although it contains beneficial ingredients like Centella that should help with soothing, when I apply my usual essence and cream afterwards, it feels like my skin is rejecting it. I experienced some blemishes initially. Now, after using it as a skin pack, I skip the essence step in my routine.
