The ingredients are gentle on the skin. It's easy to use. This is a vegan product that considers the environment and animal welfare. Although it's a toner pad, if you use it in a wiping motion, you might feel a slight tingling sensation due to friction. Those with sensitive skin like mine might experience this more. I recommend gently patting it onto your skin instead! For an extra cooling and firming effect, try storing it in the refrigerator before use! - po*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedOct 27, 2023
It's incredibly moisturizing and exfoliates dead skin cells while being gentle. It's truly amazing! The price is a bit disappointing. Also, when the package arrived, the case was slightly damaged. - ju*******Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedAug 28, 2023
The embossed side is so gentle! It's great for wiping away impurities. Being fragrance-free, it doesn't feel irritating and helps combat deep dryness. However, you might need to pat it in a few times for better absorption. It doesn't feel like it's soaked with much essence. Half a face dries quickly, causing irritation, so you end up using multiple sheets. I'd recommend this as a safe choice for those looking for toner pads to wipe off, rather than for masking. - qk********Oily SkinRecommendedAug 22, 2023
I tried this toner because I've had good experiences with toners before. I'm using it well both as a mask and as an exfoliating toner. It's great for hydration and soothing. Really excellent! Since it doesn't tear easily, I'm cutting it with scissors when needed. - mi**********Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 22, 2023
As someone who always uses toner pads after cleansing, I consider two key factors: their ability to finish the cleansing process and provide hydration. This product seems to excel in both areas. It doesn't just focus on wiping away residue but also preps the skin for better absorption in the next steps, improving overall skin condition. Some toner pads are overly saturated with either toner or serum, causing the liquid to drip when applied to the skin, which can feel messy rather than refreshing. However, these pads perfectly absorb the solution without any excess dripping - it's just right. Despite this, they don't feel dry or rough when wiping the face. The pads are generously sized and adequately thick, allowing for comfortable application even down to the neck. They provide gentle exfoliation without irritation, and leave the skin feeling moisturized after use. In the peak of summer, these pads alone might be sufficient for my combination dehydrated skin (I typically only use hydrating pads in summer). I would definitely repurchase and recommend these. There aren't any downsides... the lack of cons is actually a con! If I had to nitpick, I'd say the absence of tweezers, but you can easily pick up the pads with your fingers. Given the current focus on reducing plastic waste, I actually prefer them without unnecessary extras. - cs******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 22, 2023
I bought this because I loved the sauna cleanser, and I used it without any irritation. As I continued using it, I felt like the ampoule was a bit lacking. It seemed to dry out over time. - jy****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresMar 4, 2023
The pads are large! They feel soft, probably due to the ampoule. The toner pads have a somewhat sticky, elastic texture. These aren't meant for removing residue after cleansing. The absorption is extremely slow, making it time-consuming to apply moisturizer, serum, or ampoule afterwards. I don't recommend using these during busy mornings. I've tried toner pads from many brands, but these just don't appeal to me. Sadly, I still have a lot left unused. I don't have any tips to share... I rarely use them, so no tips to offer. - fe******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 12, 2023
I loved the texture and formula that doesn't create lint! The slightly slippery texture makes it better as a hydrating pad rather than an exfoliating toner. I like to wipe my face with the embossed side, then leave it on while drying my hair. It definitely leaves my skin hydrated and helps my makeup apply smoothly. While I appreciate the large size of the pads, they're a bit thick, which slightly reduces their adherence to the skin. That's the only minor drawback I can think of. - tp*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJan 15, 2023
I loved the Swimming Pool Toner so much that I didn't hesitate to buy the pads too. I had high expectations since I enjoyed the toner, and I'm extremely satisfied. As an exfoliating toner, the pads are quite large, so I cut them in half to make them last longer. It's incredibly hydrating, and after just a few days of use, a friend asked why my skin looked so much better - I immediately recommended it to her! My skin texture has significantly improved, and I love how moisturized my skin feels. There's not much to criticize, but if I had to pick something, it's that the container is transparent, which might make it more susceptible to chemical reactions. But I'm sure they've designed it that way for a good reason. Cutting the pads in half is more than enough. I'm using them sparingly to make them last. - ai********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 1, 2023
First off, it's incredibly hydrating and the pads are large enough to cleanse your face, neck, and even the back of your hands. I'm writing this review after using it for over two weeks. It came with an essence, which can feel sticky if you apply too much at once. For better absorption and to avoid stickiness, it's best to layer small amounts multiple times. However, the pads felt a bit rougher than expected, which might be irritating for the skin. You need to use them very gently, almost as if you're just gliding them across your face. For best results, I recommend using the smooth side twice and the embossed side once, for a total of three gentle wipes. This keeps the skin hydrated for longer! Follow up with the ampoule, and you've got a simple yet effective skincare routine. Just these two products, and you're done!
