  It's really great to use when your skin lacks hydration. My skin usually feels tight after washing, but when I apply this right then, it becomes moisturized again. I always make sure to apply it before drying my hair too!

  Cons

  I don't think it completely eliminates uneven skin texture. It might be because I haven't been consistent with it, but it seems like you won't see dramatic results unless you use it daily.

[Texture] It's a typical water-based toner. I used it by soaking a cotton pad and wiping my face. As it's designed for sensitive skin, it contains only gentle ingredients, and being a vegan toner gave me extra peace of mind. It absorbs quickly and provides quite good hydration for a water toner. [Packaging] I loved the elegant olive-colored packaging. Plus, unlike some water toners where it's hard to control the amount and you end up spilling everywhere, this product has a well-designed opening that makes it easy to dispense just the right amount. [Effectiveness] Thanks to its decent hydration, quick absorption, and good ingredients, I didn't experience any blemishes or issues. It's a solid, reliable product that's easy to use. [Scent] When choosing skincare, I often hope for no added fragrances but still expect a pleasant scent. Personally, I really enjoyed this product's aroma - it had a somewhat calming effect on me.

  First off, the texture is neither too thin nor too heavy, which suits my preferences perfectly. I also appreciate that the Hwahae toner is fragrance-free, as I'm not fond of strong scents in toners. I've tried both letting the toner absorb on its own and using it as an exfoliating toner, but personally, I found that simply allowing it to absorb was more beneficial for my skin. It gave me a real sense of hydration. Like the Hwahae mist, their basic skincare line seems to have a solid foundation.

The inclusion of Centella Asiatica extract and Madecassoside is fantastic, as I've been using skincare products with these two ingredients for a while now. I'm also using Dalba's toner with great results. The fact that it's a vegan toner gives me extra peace of mind. I prefer this hydrating toner over exfoliating ones.

I became interested in this product because it's vegan and decided to try it out!! 💜Scent The scent is not bothersome at all, you could say it's almost fragrance-free haha. I think anyone could use this without any aversion!! 💜Hydration My skin usually feels tight right after cleansing, but after applying this and layering it once more, it felt moisturized!! Otherwise, I decided to use it as a skin pack!!! 💜Texture It's not completely watery, but has a slightly runny consistency! I liked that it seemed to contain essence, and it was also lightweight, which was great. 💜Blemishes I have extremely sensitive skin and sometimes experience itching due to allergies, to the point where I visit a university hospital and take prescribed medication. However, I didn't get a single blemish with this product! There was no feeling of redness or irritation at all!! I hardly got any small bumps either! = Overall To be honest, I was worried because there were quite a few negative reviews, but fortunately, I didn't experience any of those issues haha. I'm satisfied with this product!! Just for the fact that it doesn't cause blemishes and provides hydration, I would consider repurchasing it. I found it worked best when I used it frequently as a toner or skin pack!!

Moisture retention ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It definitely maintains moisture better than completely water-like toners. I guess it's because of the relatively high content of moisturizing ingredients like propanediol and butylene glycol. If you're looking for even better hydration, try the La*ge Cream Skin. Soothing and cooling ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Since I don't have super sensitive skin, I can't really comment on its soothing effects. It doesn't have a noticeable cooling effect either. Scent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The scent is really nice! It has a mild, herbal fragrance.
