  I wanted to wear a white top and bottom set while traveling, but I was concerned about my skin tone, so I bought it. My face is on the paler side, but my body skin tone is darker, which has always been a source of stress for me. It looks so natural, just like my original fair skin, but it definitely brightens up my skin tone! Even though my skin tone is warm-toned, it makes me look like a cool-toned, bright complexion! It's so easy to use - just apply it while showering and rinse it off. It applies smoothly and softly, and the subtle baby powder scent is so pleasant that I find myself sniffing it unconsciously!

  Pros

  I love how it applies smoothly when used on damp skin after showering. My complexion seemed to stay brighter for over 72 hours, which was fantastic. While it may not fully cover spots or severe discoloration, there are still many positives. The generous amount you get is great, and it's supposed to be good for improving dead skin cells and wrinkles too.

Skin-friendly ingredients: Even on acne-prone and sensitive skin, it didn't cause any blemishes or irritation on face or body. Natural brightening: To achieve the level of whitening described in the product details, you'd need to apply quite a lot. With a moderate application, it brightens about half a shade. (Not ghostly pale, but a translucent glow from within) Scent: A powder fragrance that's neither overwhelming nor lacking. No need for additional perfume. I'll likely repurchase once I finish this brightening moisturizer!

  While there aren't any major downsides, if I had to nitpick: Too subtle brightening: As it's a brightening moisturizer, I focused on its whitening effect. For body use, I needed to apply more than a knuckle's worth to achieve the desired brightening. Despite claims of 72-hour lasting power, it seemed to fade back to my original complexion rather quickly. -> This can be addressed by applying more cream.

  It was more effective to use with water on areas with wrinkles and uneven texture, while applying without water on parts like arms and thighs.

  Pros

  I was worried because my skin got very tanned, but I'm happy it works well without changing my complexion. I mainly apply it to my arms and hands. It absorbs well, so I'm using it with satisfaction.

  Cons

  There's some pilling if you don't completely dry your skin before applying. Also, if you use too much instead of the right amount, it tends to clump up.

  Tip

  It's great to apply on your neck after makeup to blend away any lines between your face and neck.

  First off, the packaging is so pretty! It's got this pink hue that makes you think it'll brighten your complexion, haha! The scent is lovely, like baby powder! Both the texture and fragrance remind me of Loc*tane hand cream. It's a bit thick, so you need to spread it well. If you apply it carelessly, it can look patchy. I have a 21 shade skin tone, and I wasn't sure if it brightened my skin at first. But when I compared it to my bare arm, I noticed my complexion became more even and my yellowish skin looked fairer! It also provides very slight coverage for blemishes.

  Cons

  It contains silicone-based ingredients, so if you don't cleanse properly, it might cause blemishes... Also, it would be better if they provided more detailed instructions on how to use it! I shower at night and sleep right after, but when I applied it before bed, I didn't notice much effect in the morning or during the day. That's why I deducted one star.

  I was lucky enough to be selected as one of The Hwahae Testers and got to try this product. First off, the scent is a subtle baby powder fragrance, which I really like. The texture is similar to a regular body emulsion. I used just half a pump on my arms, and initially I was worried it wouldn't absorb well because I applied too much. But as I massaged it in, it absorbed naturally and brightened my complexion. Any residue on my hands easily washed off with water. What I loved most is that it doesn't transfer onto dark clothes even if you don't wash it off. We all know how annoying it is when products transfer from our neck onto clothes, but this one doesn't do that at all, which is fantastic. The brightening effect is natural and pretty, making me really satisfied with this product. When I sent photos to my friends showing it off, they thought the arms belonged to different people... haha!
