On hot days like these, air conditioning or fan breezes can quickly dry out your body, and in winter, heating does the same. This can make body emulsions difficult to apply smoothly.   I've tried tone-up creams from Cosnori, Yuira, and Nine Wishes. Cosnori had a matte finish that clung well, but I didn't like how it became patchy. Yuira and Nine Wishes moisturized nicely and gave a pretty brightening effect, but I felt their downside was that they kept fading. This product is labeled for in-shower use, but I applied it normally. It adhered well while evenly evening out my skin tone, and there was no stickiness. The scent is a familiar baby powder fragrance. I'm planning to use it on my face too. --- Update 09/23: I'm really loving this product lately. After applying sunscreen, I just roughly rub this on my face, and there's no need for makeup. It doesn't clump, isn't drying or greasy, and has just the right amount of moisture. It's perfect for going foundation-free. Above all, it adheres so well that you don't feel like you're wearing anything. The staying power is great too - it doesn't become patchy or melt off, just fades naturally. It's the best brightening moisturizer I've used so far.

  Cons

  One application only brightens the complexion slightly, so you need to apply it twice for a full tone lighter. --- Actually, that's not true. When applied to the face, one application is enough.
