I wanted to wear a white top and bottom set while traveling, but I was concerned about my skin tone, so I bought it. My face is on the paler side, but my body skin tone is darker, which has always been a source of stress for me. It looks so natural, just like my original fair skin, but it definitely brightens up my skin tone! Even though my skin tone is warm-toned, it makes me look like a cool-toned, bright complexion! It's so easy to use - just apply it while showering and rinse it off. It applies smoothly and softly, and the subtle baby powder scent is so pleasant that I find myself sniffing it unconsciously! I haven't felt any dissatisfaction with the user experience so far~ - fr**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedApr 25, 2025
I love how it applies smoothly when used on damp skin after showering. My complexion seemed to stay brighter for over 72 hours, which was fantastic. While it may not fully cover spots or severe discoloration, there are still many positives. The generous amount you get is great, and it's supposed to be good for improving dead skin cells and wrinkles too. It was a bit challenging to cover spots or severe discoloration. - ko*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedDec 24, 2023
It's great because it's easy to use. I find it works best when applied after a shower. Overall, it seems pretty good. I don't have any major complaints. - ju*************Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedSep 1, 2023
The scent is lovely, and it applies smoothly. After reading many reviews of other products, this one had the best feedback. It doesn't cause pilling, doesn't dry out the skin, and gives a radiant and translucent look. While it doesn't make a dramatic difference and the staying power isn't miraculous, you can definitely notice an improvement in your complexion. I applied it when my skin was slightly damp and continued to layer it until the moisture evaporated. Then I applied another layer, rinsed lightly with water, and gently patted my skin dry with a towel to prevent any transfer onto clothes. This method seemed to help the brightening effect last quite well. - ga*****Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 5, 2023Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

With summer here, I've been relying on brightening moisturizers. However, the product I was using didn't have sun protection, so I had to layer brightening moisturizer, sunscreen, and makeup! This often resulted in a pale, cakey look that concerned me. But after using this product, I already have an evened skin tone as a base, which significantly cuts down my morning routine and saves time. I've even tried it on my face, and it looks incredibly natural. I was cautious about using it on my body due to my sensitive skin, worried about clogged pores or blemishes, but so far, I haven't experienced any issues! It claims to last 72 hours, but I'm not sure if I've just gotten used to it or what - around the 48-hour mark, I notice it's less brightening. Still, it definitely maintains its brightening effect from when I apply it at night until the next evening, so I'd recommend it for seasons with more skin exposure or when you're spending time with your significant other! When I first used it, I applied it after completely drying off, which I realized wasn't ideal, but the effects were still good. However, since I was applying it to bare skin, I needed to use quite a lot and it felt a bit dry. Make sure to follow the instructions and apply it while your skin is still damp! - or******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJul 12, 2023Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

As for the brightening effect, since I have fair skin, I didn't notice any obvious demarcation lines. I have shade 21 skin tone. Recently, my forearms got very tanned, so I tested it there. I tried it after showering without applying body emulsion. The instructions said to apply it while the skin is still damp, so I did... As I was applying it, a white residue kept appearing, making me wonder if I should wipe it off or let it air dry. I opted for air drying. Once it dried, my skin felt quite tight and dry. Instead of feeling fresh after showering, it felt stiff, sticky, and dry. My dead skin cells were all visible, and worst of all, it transferred onto my dark clothes and came off when I touched it. Maybe it's because I don't often use brightening moisturizers, or I'm not used to the feeling, but I felt constantly aware that I had applied something, which was uncomfortable. The photos show before application, after application, and how it transferred onto my hand. Exfoliation is a must! Controlling the amount you use is also crucial. Otherwise, it can flake, transfer, and create patchy areas. - hi********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 12, 2023Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

Please note this is my personal opinion. ✅ Skin Type My body skin isn't particularly sensitive and I don't have allergies. ✅ Lasting Power I applied it around 10 AM before a gathering and returned home around 5 PM. People asked why I looked so bright, wondering if I'd been indoors all day. They claim 72-hour lasting power, and it really seems to work hard in that department. I'd love to test it for 24 hours, but being summer, I shower right after coming home, so a full day test might not be possible... Still, the lasting power seems truly reliable! ✅ Post-Use Blemishes I believe post-use skin condition is as important as cleansing effectiveness. My body isn't very sensitive, so I didn't experience any irritation after use. There were absolutely no signs of back acne or similar issues! ✅ Scent The fragrance is a universally appealing baby powder scent. Some baby powder scents can cause headaches, but this one isn't like that at all. It's a soft, cute version of baby powder fragrance. Those who enjoy baby powder scents will likely love this without exception. ✅ Texture Being a brightening moisturizer for the body, its texture is similar to facial base makeup. However, when blended, it feels soft and fluffy. The sensation isn't drastically different from regular body lotions! ✅ Overall Impressions The scent isn't overwhelming, but rather has a cute charm, making it great for impressing others when you need to look your best. Although I'm naturally cool-toned, it made me feel like my entire body had become perfectly cool-toned. It brightens the skin naturally without looking strange, making it excellent for subtly changing your complexion. It doesn't seem to settle into pores or dead skin cells, which is fantastic as it looks very natural. Recently, I've been wearing slippers a lot, causing my feet to tan, but this product applies nicely and naturally to the tops of my feet too. In one of the photos, the left leg has the product applied while the right leg doesn't. The difference is clearly visible! Wow! It's a body product, but the volume is a bit disappointing. Do they sell a larger size? - to****Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 11, 2023Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

I just realized I lost everything I typed earlier. I only saw the notification now. How sad! On a brighter note, I love the baby powder scent, so the fragrance was great! I was a bit confused when it said to apply it to damp skin after showering, but I guess it's a method to maintain moisture? It was new to me. There wasn't any stickiness, and even though I'm slightly lighter than shade 17, it worked well. I liked that I didn't have to cake it on - just applying the right amount and blending was enough. This is my first 5-star review! It does transfer onto clothes... I was quite taken aback. I'm really worried about how it'll hold up in the peak of summer when I sweat a lot. Also, it tends to crease in areas that fold, like elbows and heels. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 11, 2023Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

My skin tends to be dry, and most brightening products make it even drier, but this one maintains moisture. It naturally brightens my complexion. It might be a bit too rich for summer, so it's better suited for spring, fall, and winter. It doesn't make you extremely pale, just gives a natural brightness. Gently pat it in at the end to avoid any pilling. - bo******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJul 11, 2023Reviewed by The Hwahae Testers

Fresh and pleasant scent The base is a baby powder fragrance, but it's blended with a subtle Dove soap-like scent, thanks to the white musk notes. It's not heavy or winter-specific, making it suitable for all seasons. 2. Brightening effect Despite my naturally fair skin (around shade 17), I noticed a slight difference between treated and untreated areas. It gives a soft, filter-like brightening effect. 3. Texture While it's a bit thick when applying, it's not as heavy as mineral sunscreens. The consistency is similar to other brightening moisturizers and spreads thinly and evenly. 1. Dryness It feels moisturizing at first, but quickly dries out. This was particularly noticeable for me as I have naturally dry body skin. 2. Longevity I didn't expect the 72-hour claim to be true, but it seems to last about half a day. 3. Pilling There's some pilling, especially around the neck area. You can smooth it out gently with a puff, but it means you can't apply it as carelessly as you might with a regular body emulsion. Overall, I'm satisfied, but I didn't notice a significant difference in brightening compared to other brightening moisturizers. However, the fragrance and packaging are lovely, which sets it apart.
