I was considering trying a new ampoule when I won one from Hwahae, and I was excited to use it. I've tried Isntree and COSRX hyaluronic acid toners before, but this was my first time using their ampoule. The texture is runny, like in the photo, and doesn't feel too heavy. It spreads easily when applied and absorbs well after a few pats. After finishing with a cream, I could feel a moisturizing sensation deep in my skin. Although it faded after about 10 minutes, I think consistent use would help with hydration. I'm not sure about its brightening effects - I'm already fair-skinned, and I haven't used it long enough to have high expectations for that.
ConsThe one downside is that it pills when I apply sunscreen. With moisturizing sunscreens, it sometimes rolls off like eraser dust. It seems fine with matte sunscreens, but I don't use those often because they're drying. So, I've decided to use this as a night treatment. When I apply it generously before bed, my complexion looks slightly better the next morning.
TipIf your skincare products pill, try using less or save them for your nighttime routine.
