This is an absolute must-have product! It's perfect for covering redness, especially around the nose area. The generous size is a big plus too. There's honestly nothing to complain about. I'm completely satisfied with it. - el********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinRednessRecommendedNov 22, 2024
At first, I thought 'Am I really supposed to put this on my face?' But there's nothing better for covering redness. It's a must-have for those with redness issues. The texture is quite firm, so I just lightly dab it on with a brush, and voila! It covers everything beautifully. It works wonders on red blemishes, redness around the nose, and cheek redness. I can't think of any downsides! It's great for covering redness that even foundation can't hide. If you apply this first, your complexion looks so much cleaner! - wl******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 16, 2024
Great for covering dark spots and blemishes. It provides a very natural-looking coverage. My sister has been using this for several bottles now, so I tried it too and have been using it consistently after purchasing. If you don't control the amount well, it can look strange, appear cakey, and make your skin dry. The key is in controlling the quantity and application method! For the best results, apply it by gently patting with your fingers on areas you want to cover. This helps it absorb naturally for better coverage. If you try to spread it, unless you're very skilled, it might apply unevenly. - gu*********Oily SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedOct 1, 2024
The color is so well-chosen that it's not an exaggeration to say it does all the work. At first glance, it might seem beige, but when compared to a beige concealer (e.g., Luna), you can see a subtle green tint. This product is excellent for covering redness. There's a slight disappointment that the formula isn't a bit more hydrating. - ia*********Dehydrated SkinInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedSep 8, 2024
I've been using this product for nearly 20 years. I use it as a foundation substitute, and although the compact looks small, it lasts incredibly long. I have quite severe redness, but I've never seen a product that covers it so flawlessly. Maybe it's because I have combination skin, but it tends to get a bit oily. It's also not very water-resistant, so if you don't set it with powder, even shedding a tear while yawning will leave visible tear tracks on your face. (This happens even with powder, but to a lesser extent.) Because it can get oily, when I do my makeup, I apply this and then use Innisfree No Sebum Powder to completely mattify my T-zone. For the rest of my face, I lightly dust with a brush just enough to prevent shine. By afternoon, it inevitably gets shiny, but instead of using blotting papers, I gently press a tissue on my face, remove it, and then lightly pat the product onto areas that need touch-ups with my fingertips. This keeps it looking good until evening. Many foundations advertise that they don't need touch-ups, but for oily skin, those claims are irrelevant. You'll always need to touch up at least once, so I don't find it inconvenient. - mi*****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRednessRecommendedJul 9, 2024
As someone with redness-prone skin, I've been using Hanskin as a concealer before foundation for years. But feeling my makeup was getting too heavy, I tried this and it's been a total game-changer! It perfectly covers all redness. I actually love how my skin looks with just this covering the red areas before foundation. When I take selfies, other products can make me look puffy or cakey, but with this, I'm amazed at how natural it looks! It's on the thicker side, so you need a bit of technique when applying. My skin doesn't tend to break out easily, so I haven't experienced any blemishes yet! When covering larger areas, it's crucial to apply it in thin layers. Also, I prefer using a puff to gently pat it on rather than a brush! - sk*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedMar 14, 2024
I was skeptical about how well it would cover redness, but I must say, its coverage is absolutely phenomenal! Looking at it now, the ingredients are quite concerning. After using this, I developed painful blemishes on my nose. I've also noticed quite a few reviews on other sites mentioning skin reactions. It's disappointing that they've formulated it this way, especially since those of us with redness often have super sensitive skin. - db******Dry SkinSensitive SkinRednessRecommendedFeb 16, 2024
The texture is incredibly rich, providing excellent adherence to the skin. It does a great job of concealing redness! The only downside is that it can look cakey if not applied thinly. Other than that, it's perfect. A must-have for those dealing with redness! - ha*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedDec 2, 2023
For those wanting to cover redness, get the Maruvilts concealer! Using the concealer brush to cover areas with redness is seriously good. It's incredibly effective at masking redness. The downside might be the ingredients...? But I've never had my skin react badly or break out from using this. Use the concealer brush to apply a thin layer over areas with redness. It covers really well! - xk*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinEnlarged PoresRecommendedJul 27, 2023
After wandering as a concealer ghost, I've finally settled on this one! - Perfect blemish coverage (dark red acne scars, freshly formed red pimples, etc.). I went out with just this concealer on my bare face to cover various spots, and people complimented me on how good my skin looked! Excellent at covering redness! - Generous amount for a pot concealer - Can cover dark circles too -> Not only does it conceal dark circles better than other concealers, but it also lasts longer - Natural-looking shade (based on the yellowish #22) - Might feel dry if applied over large areas. But you're not going to apply concealer all over your face, right? It's fine if you just apply it to areas you want to cover. - The ingredients... when I first saw them... oh my I have sensitive skin, but didn't have any adverse reactions - Need to buy a separate concealer brush (I just use my fingers...) I also tried the DS Triple Pot Concealer... both have green concealer for covering red blemishes, but Maru Viltz has superior coverage. Maru Viltz is also better at covering dark circles than DS's salmon color, and it lasts longer too. If you have a lot of areas to cover, just go for Maru Viltz
