  Pros

  I chose this grooming tonic over others solely based on its scent. The others, frankly, smell quite off-putting. I can confidently say this fragrance is universally appealing compared to other products. It also does a great job taming frizzy hair.

  Cons

  As someone with extremely flat hair that's usually difficult to style, I bought this hoping for better hold. However, the styling power isn't significantly better than using nothing at all. It's only marginally better than not using any product. I'm using it mainly as a heat protectant on days I use a hair dryer or straightener. This might work better for those with naturally voluminous hair or thicker strands.

  Pros

  I loved how it tamed my frizzy hair and gave it a nice shape. The fragrance is also delightful.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, it caused some hair damage. There's also a bit of stickiness to it.

  Pros

  Love how I can style my hair exactly how I want when I apply this to damp hair before blow-drying. It's a great product for keeping your hairstyle in place. It applies more smoothly and looks more natural than other grooming tonics. The scent is pleasant and not off-putting. Other products often smell like overpowering men's cologne or old-fashioned aftershave, which I really dislike. This one has a nice sweet and tangy fragrance.

  Cons

  The residue left on your hands after application is a bit unpleasant. Being a liquid, it tends to drip and feels a bit slippery. It dries quickly, but leaves your hands feeling dry and rough afterwards. Also, it's quite pricey. While you don't need to use a lot each time, I still think it's expensive for the amount you get.

  Make sure to use it on damp hair, otherwise it'll make your hair stiff and unmanageable.

  The scent is lovely, and it provides a bit of hold. After drying my hair, that dry, straw-like feeling has disappeared.

  Cons

  However, the hold is so weak that you'd need to use hairspray or other products if you want any real styling power. I'm mainly using it as a heat protectant when blow-drying. Also, it's a bit on the pricey side.

  I bought this after seeing it used at the salon. It smells great and works well when applied to damp hair before blow-drying. It's also excellent for styling while using the hairdryer.

  If your hair is too wet or you apply too much product, it can sometimes make your hair feel sticky or clumpy.
