  Pros

  I've been using this for about a month now. Previously, I was using another brand's foundation, but I wanted something quick and easy for my morning routine before heading to work, so I decided to give this a try. When applied thinly with the right amount, it doesn't pill and looks great! I wear a mask at work, and so far, I haven't experienced any patchiness due to humidity inside the mask. With my previous foundation (without setting powder), the makeup would come off around my nose area, but that hasn't happened with this product. There's a bit of buildup around the sides of my nose, but it's not noticeable enough to be a concern. The shade I chose (21) seems a bit lighter than my usual foundation, so I'll probably go for a slightly darker shade on my next purchase.

  Apart from the shade being a tad light, I don't have any other complaints.

  I definitely plan to keep buying and using this product regularly.

  The coverage isn't incredibly high, but it builds up nicely in thin layers. You can gradually increase the coverage to get really good results! The adherence is absolutely fantastic, no need to even mention it. When you combine this with a cushion and powder, you can achieve that perfect baby-skin look. I truly recommend this product! I bought it during the Snoopy collaboration, and now all my friends are envious of how cute it is.

  My skin tends to be quite dry, so I often struggle with dead skin cells. While good skincare usually prevents this issue, there are times when I'm in a rush and apply makeup before my skincare has fully absorbed. In these cases, I sometimes notice some flaking after a few hours, which can be a bit visible.

  For those of you with dry skin and issues with dead skin cells like me, if you take care with your skincare routine, you can truly achieve a beautiful complexion with this product.

  Skin type: Extremely oily Shade: 21 Yellow~Neutral Since I usually maintain a solid skincare routine before application, it didn't separate at all. It has great adherence, and if you control the amount well on the back of your hand, it applies thinly with good coverage. It has a semi-matte finish. In summer, as my skin is extremely oily, oil starts to come through about 4 hours after makeup application (including powder). In winter, it lasts about 6 hours without needing blotting paper. I'm not sure about darkening. This is my third repurchase of this cushion, so I definitely recommend it!

  In winter, it might separate if you haven't properly done your skincare routine.

  Tip

  If you maintain a solid skincare routine before use, you'll be extremely satisfied with this matte cushion.

  Pros

  Banila Co really nails the coverage! Even without concealer, it covers everything nicely. I often just use this cushion when I'm in a rush and skip concealer. It goes on super thin, but the coverage is still impressive, and the scent is pleasant too. While I usually use shade 23 in other cushions, I think I could get away with 21 in this one! I've heard complaints about darkening, but it wasn't an issue for me. I guess it depends on the person?

  Cons

  The amount of product is seriously tiny. It might be because I have a larger face, but still. I'd recommend buying this with a refill during Olive Young sales. For those with dry skin, make sure to apply your skincare meticulously before using this!

  Recently, my skin has been acting up, and whenever I applied makeup, it emphasized texture and dead skin cells that weren't visible before, which was frustrating. I bought this in a hurry without realizing it was a matte cushion, but surprisingly, it goes on smoother and thinner than moisturizing cushions, without highlighting skin texture. I love that it doesn't feel like I'm wearing heavy makeup.

  I'm not a fan of the powdery finish, which was a bit disappointing for me. However, I'm still satisfied because it provides thin and natural-looking coverage.

  I've been using this for two months now, and I love how it applies thinly and cleanly! It doesn't cake up, so I hardly need to touch up, which is great.

  For skincare, if you have dry skin, you might want to focus on a deeply hydrating base routine. After the cushion sets, you may feel a bit of dryness.

  Tip

  In my case, even though I have dry skin, I wanted to achieve a matte finish. So I applied a very hydrating base, layered the cushion two to three times, and then set it with powder.

  Even for extremely oily skin, it doesn't cause much darkening. If applied thinly, it can give the appearance of translucent skin!

  Cons

  For daily use, it can be limiting depending on your skin condition. You definitely need to exfoliate well before using this product.

  It works great when applied with a pore brush and finished with a cushion. Just remember to control the amount you use!
