Even considering my originally poor skin condition, there are no benefits. There is absolutely no adhesion. In the first photo, after applying and patting on the moisturizing mixed foundation, it looks extremely lifted and the pores are emphasized (the foundation is caked on top of the pore marks). In the second photo, even after the first pat, mist, and second pat, it still looks like that. This cushion really makes me angry about the skin condition every morning.. It should not be used for dry skin, and it is only recommended for extremely oily skin.
Tip
It's quite nice to use after misting.

Pros
I've been using the Hwahae cushion from Hwahae for 3 years now. I have an oily T-zone and slightly dry U-zone, and after trying various cushions, I settled on Hwahae. In my opinion, the coverage and adherence are both great, and it's one of the top 2 cushions I've used countless times.
Cons
As time passed, a slight puffiness developed around the mouth, so I replaced it with another cushion foundation that was good for corrective makeup. Other than that, there were no other disappointing aspects.

The coverage is really top-tier, in my opinion. It covers well even without a concealer, and the color itself is quite neutral. The adherence is not bad either.
Cons
The darkening was really, really, really severe. While everyone has their own preferences, it was too much during the time I used it. I usually use a foundation that is brighter than my skin tone, and I'm satisfied with it in the morning, but when I check it around lunchtime, it's just the same as my skin tone. The coverage is good, but it's applied a bit too thick, so it's not good for touch-ups. Instead of using this, I think I'll use a different cushion.

The coverage is also quite good, and the staying power is really, really great! When oiliness comes up, just apply some powder and there's no darkening, so there's no need for touch-ups, which is great.
Cons
The thick application under the eyes did cause some creasing in the wrinkles, but wiping it off with a cotton pad soaked in mist or toner and then reapplying it thinly was somewhat better.
Tip
Gently pressing and applying the puff with controlled pressure will effectively fill in pores and provide great results! I recommend gently pressing and smoothing it onto the skin rather than patting it on.

Tip
Personally, I use two cushions, one for summer and one for winter. For my dry skin, Banila Co is really great to use in the summer!!

My skin has blemishes and acne scars, but this product covers up all the traces even without concealer. It has amazing staying power, and I'm on my sixth one.
Cons
I'm disappointed that the soft, white cushion case is not available. Please release it again.

Skin type: Oily First of all, the packaging is pretty... The case is beautiful. 👍 A lot of YouTubers have been promoting it, saying it's good, but to be honest, I'm not really sure what's so good about it. The coverage seems okay / There's no darkening. The application is also good.

It's said that if you do the basics thoroughly, it'll be fine, so I did the basics thoroughly, but my makeup was overshadowed. However, if you just end it with a basic serum, it doesn't settle nicely on the skin and floats, so the skin texture doesn't look pretty... it's a complete mess. Originally I used the No. 19 shade, then turned my eye elsewhere, but now I've come back since there's really no product quite like it, haha. I tried the No. 21 shade, which is an ivory color, and the coverage and adherence are both good. However, I'll have to buy the No. 19 shade again as well.

Cons
1) I have skin type 22, and when I first apply the cushion, my face becomes ghostly white. After just 3 hours, it becomes darker than my natural skin tone. It's really a problem whether I buy a bright or dark cushion. 2) I've never had issues with my makeup separating or flaky skin, but after using this cushion, I've experienced both. Even though I have an oily skin type, it felt very dry, especially the inner part of my face. 3) When I apply the cushion, my face becomes extremely itchy, and I get a lot of small pimples. It seems to be clogging my pores, as I've developed severe cystic acne on my cheeks. I used to have clear skin, but this cushion has caused a lot of acne scarring. 4) Even before the darkening effect, my skin appears yellowish, and once the darkening sets in, my complexion looks brownish.
Tip
It's better to apply the product with a brush or spatula rather than using a cushion, as it results in less accentuation of flaky skin and a thinner, more even application that is less prone to breaking down...

Despite my severe redness and large pores, a single application of this cushion completely conceals the redness, making it a beloved product. The coverage is incredible - it easily covers most blemishes and discoloration without the need for concealer, so I always bring just this cushion when traveling! - Since it's a high coverage & matte product, it can sometimes feel a bit stuffy when applied thickly. However, if you dab the cushion once and then spread the excess on the back of the cushion cover thinly, the stuffy feeling is reduced!
