  I used the Heb Blue toner by soaking a cotton pad and then sprinkling some pantothenic acid powder on it for extra soothing effects! This method was truly amazing... When used alone as a toner, it helped refine my skin texture and was great for calming my skin.

  Cons

  Unfortunately, I didn't see as much of an effect as I had hoped based on the reviews I read.

  Tip

  Using it as a face mask was so much better for soothing my skin than just as a toner. I really recommend trying it as a face mask instead of just a toner, everyone!

  My skin found enlightenment after using this! At first, I thought it was just another watery toner, but its true power shines when used as a skin pack! The calming effect on my skin was instantly visible. The texture is like a water toner with no stickiness, so even those with oily skin can use it comfortably. Especially if you have blemish-prone skin, this is an absolute must-try!

  It might be a bit drying for those with dry skin! The amount runs out faster than expected. Please make a larger size available!
