I soaked a cotton pad with the Heb Blue Toner, then sprinkled some powdered pantothenic acid on top to make it even more soothing to use! This was really great...👍🏼 Using it as a standalone mask, it helped refine my skin texture and was very calming.
Cons
Unfortunately, I didn't see the effects that the reviews had mentioned, which was disappointing.
