It's hard to say which is better, especially since my skin barrier was completely compromised back then. I'd say choose whichever texture you prefer between the two.

My skin tends to get extremely dehydrated, so I usually have to apply a thin layer, wait for about 30 minutes, and then apply another layer to really tackle that deep dryness. Also, it's a bit inconvenient that there's no designated spot for the cream scoop - I end up having to place it on top of the container, which isn't ideal.

As someone with sensitive, combination skin that's prone to irritation and flare-ups, I've found Dr.G's Cica Cream to be a perfect match from the start. The cica ingredients seem to work wonders - whenever my face feels itchy or on the verge of a breakout, applying this cream helps calm everything down. It's so effective that I feel like I don't need any other products; this moisturizer alone does the job.

While I do think the amount is a bit on the smaller side, that's honestly the only drawback. In every other aspect, this product is absolutely fantastic.

I've lost count of how many bottles I've gone through. As someone with combination skin, I'm thrilled that this product doesn't cause any tingling sensation. Despite my super sensitive skin, it suits me perfectly.

The price is... a bit on the higher side. If you leave it on without rubbing it in completely, you might notice the characteristic slippery feeling of the cream.
