  Pros

  Skin type: Oily with dehydration, acne-prone, sensitive Positives: I initially thought I was buying the Dr.G Clear Moisturizing Cream, but when I opened it, the cream was green! Turns out it was the Cica Moisturizing Cream, with different ingredients from the original product. After using it consistently, I found its light texture perfect for spring and summer. The cica ingredients are great for soothing, so when I experience redness or a burning sensation, I layer it thinly on affected areas and finish with another layer. By the next day, my skin feels much better! Its fresh texture and low oil content make it ideal for oily skin types.

  Cons

  Drawbacks: The finish feels like it's sitting on top of the skin rather than absorbing completely. While the texture is gel-like and fresh, it doesn't seem to sink in well. When I applied makeup over it, I experienced pilling. Because of this, I tend to avoid using it before makeup. Also, it doesn't provide that deep hydration feeling, so if I repurchase, I might go for the Clear version instead. I'd recommend it for nighttime use, and you may need to pat it in to help with absorption.

  Tip

  I recommend using this as a night cream. Also, since the hydration level is lower than expected, you might need to layer another moisturizer on top!

  Pros

  Putting it in the fridge and applying it cool gives a soothing sensation on the skin. I accidentally bought this instead of the Clear version, but I think it might be even more hydrating and better...? No blemishes appear, and I feel like the Clear version is great for summer, while this Soothing Cream would be perfect for winter use.

  Cons

  The Clear version seems to absorb better. While this one is nicely moisturizing, you really need to work it into the skin. At first, it felt like it was sitting on top of my skin. I usually prefer a matte finish, but when I applied it quickly in the morning, my makeup looked a bit more dewy than usual. It might work better as a night cream. For me, it was fine as long as it didn't cause any blemishes.

  Make sure to double-check the name when you're buying! Despite the mix-up, it's still decent enough to use.

  It feels refreshingly cool when applied, making it perfect for summer use. The lightweight formula makes it easy to apply without feeling heavy. When you buy it from Px, the price-to-volume ratio is quite good, making it a great value for money!

  When applied with fingers, there's a slight feeling of it sitting on top of the skin rather than absorbing completely.

  Tip

  Instead of using your fingers, try applying it with a wedge puff or triangle sponge using sweeping motions. This way, it absorbs better without pilling, even when applied before makeup, leaving your skin feeling hydrated. Plus, it seems to enhance the product's cooling effect, which is one of its best features!

  It's moisturizing and has a nice cooling effect. It's a decent hydrating cream overall.

  Cons

  The oiliness is too intense, making it sit on top of the skin. To be honest, I bought it by mistake because the name is similar to the Clear Soothing Gel. I thought it would be similar, but it's way too sticky and gets worse with use. It also has an artificial scent. There's nothing I like about it.

  Tip

  I just applied it without any special technique.

Although it's not exactly cheap, I was a bit surprised by how small the container was when I received it. The texture is like pudding, with a light, soothing gel-cream formula. It feels cool when applied to the skin. As it's a soothing cream, it's not too rich, which I found quite nice. It works well as a base before makeup, especially for those with oily skin.
