  Not just this one, but all Rom&nd matte lipsticks are extremely matte, which makes them incredibly drying. The staying power is also disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it

  Hmm, rather than a cool-toned lip color, it's more of a neutral shade with a slight cool undertone. It's the trendy color right now! It's truly beautiful. The Zero Matte lipstick absorbs so well and glides on smoothly. The adherence is also amazing. While it does transfer like most lipsticks, its staying power is average. I use it as a base, and it definitely makes other lip products look even prettier when applied over this. I'll repurchase when I run out.
