It's a true water-like toner. I have dry skin, but with summer approaching, I was concerned about my T-zone, so I bought this. It's perfect for light, everyday use. There's no stickiness at all. The ingredients are great, and it absorbs quickly, making it perfect for the 7-skin method. I'll need to use it longer to see if it really reduces pores. It's non-irritating, hydrating, and feels great on the skin. There might be an issue with the container as the toner leaks a bit when using. This product is perfect for summer use as it's lightweight and refreshing! The product instructions suggest applying it with a cotton pad, but I think it would be better if it came as pre-soaked skin pads instead!

I noticed a good effect on reducing blemishes. It also seems to have slightly slowed down the enlargement of pores. There wasn't anything disappointing. Being a water-based formula, it's easy to use until the very end.
