Here's my review after using the Heimish Black Mascara for two weeks! 1. Smudging It hardly smudges and shows enough staying power to be used even in summer. 2. Volume The volume is good, but as I mentioned in the drawbacks, it doesn't seem to coat each lash individually. Though that could be due to my application technique... haha! 3. Cleansing Despite mascara usually being the toughest to remove, this one seems to cleanse off well even without a specialized eye makeup remover.

My eyes have hidden double eyelids that might become more prominent as I age. Because of this, my eyelashes are much more important than eyeliner or eyeshadow. I've tried quite a variety of mascaras, and this one is definitely in my top three recommendations for products that don't smudge, curl naturally, and lengthen lashes! Texture: It's not too thick, so it applies smoothly and evenly. Even though I don't have a separate eye makeup remover, it came off cleanly with just a double cleanse using cleansing balm and foam. With other products, I'd always end up looking like a panda and had to use an exfoliating toner, but with this one, even after using an exfoliating toner, there was hardly any residue. Despite how well it removes, it doesn't smudge. It curls lashes nicely, but a quick touch with an eyelash curler makes them look even better.

It's such a shame that it clumps so much! It's a newly opened product and the texture isn't thick, so why does it clump like this?
