As someone who is not very skilled at makeup, I have never even tried contouring. Whenever I try something, it ends up looking unnatural and strange, so I don't do it. Pros
This is my first time using a stick foundation, but I found it surprisingly convenient. After skincare, I just swipe it on and dab it a few times, and it's done. The creamy texture also makes it apply nicely. It's portable too, so it's easy to carry around! The coverage is pretty good, and it seems to cover most blemishes and discoloration well. The longevity is also decent, lasting around half a day. Compared to how it transfers onto masks, it holds up quite well!
Cons
When I applied it at home, I didn't really notice anything, but when I went out and did a quick skincare routine before putting it on, I felt like it looked a bit cakey. It also feels a bit drying, and it does tend to transfer onto my mask a little.

Pros
The stick foundation is so convenient as you just need to swipe and apply it. I've used stick contouring and stick blush before, and the blending is natural and easy, so I tend to reach for them more often than powder products. The Laneige Stick Foundation is called a foundation, but as the Hwahae Trial Reviewers introduced, it works great for contouring too - it's so easy and nice to use in that way. The photo shows the result after swiping the stick once and gently blending the edges with my fingers.
Cons
Being a stick foundation, it can be quite drying. I'd recommend applying it only in certain areas, not all over. The 23 Beige shade is a bit ambiguous for contouring - it looks natural in some ways, but a bit uncertain in others. Pros
I usually use shade 21, but when I applied shade 23 to the back of my hand, it seemed quite dark and I was a little surprised. Unless you need heavy contouring, it could also be good to use it for contouring purposes. And when applying it to the face, you have to apply it with a bit of force, rather than it spreading smoothly. However, it had great adhesion and lasted well for about 6 hours throughout the day.
Cons
Apart from the slight pore clogging due to the dry formula, everything else is fine. Being in stick form, it's probably inevitable that it can become drying. It seems like you need to apply a good skincare base before using it.
