Among cleansing oils, this one is the gentlest and cleanses softly. The finish doesn't strip away facial moisture, and it feels like it creates a protective barrier. In my opinion, it's the best cleansing oil I've used so far. I've been using cleansing milk lately, but I worry about residue with heavy makeup, so I often use this oil. It's mild and has a very clear texture. The ingredients are gentle, and the finish is so good that I'll likely keep using it.

Don't be stingy with the product to avoid creating wrinkles during massage. Pump 3-4 times for a thorough massage, then slightly dampen your face with lukewarm water to emulsify the oil (I've heard the emulsification process is crucial). Rinse with lukewarm water and finish with cool water.

Consistency: When squeezed onto my hand, it felt less sticky than the Centella Cleansing Oil.

Color: Bright yellow (similar to edible canola oil).

Cleansing effectiveness: I didn't notice a big difference in cleansing power, but it seemed to remove makeup well without damaging the skin barrier. As expected from a cleansing oil, it removed makeup effectively. I only used a cleansing soap for my second cleanse.

Texture: Compared to the Centella Cleansing Oil I used before, this feels more like raw oil. I wished it glided a bit more smoothly during facial massage, but it wasn't particularly rough or sticky.

Overall impression: I'll need to use up the whole bottle to know for sure, but so far I prefer the Centella Cleansing Oil. However, I liked that the distinct color of this oil made it easy to see where I was cleansing. 2. The pump dispenser needs improvement
Unlike other cleansing oils that dispense smoothly, this one shoots out forcefully like a water gun.
No matter how gently I press the pump, the product comes out too strongly, making it difficult to control the amount.
Sometimes it even sprays onto unintended areas instead of landing in my palm.
I really wish they would replace the current pump mechanism.

I rarely give 3-star reviews, but... As a Hwahae Tester, this was the first time I encountered a pump that was so hard to control. When I pressed it firmly, it sprayed out like a water gun, which was quite surprising! So the difficulty in controlling the amount is a downside. Also, the scent wasn't to my liking. It smells like a traditional medicine clinic, which might be good for the skin, but it reminds me of the scent my grandmother had after getting moxibustion at such a clinic. Since I'm not one for heavy makeup, I can't speak much to how it works with more intense looks, but I was impressed by how well it removed my makeup. I use Etude Curl Fix and Pro8 Cheongdam liquid eyeliners, and I found it a bit challenging to remove eye makeup products using just this oil cleanser.

Even when some of the cleanser got into my eyes during use, it didn't sting at all. After finishing cleansing, there's a slight feeling of a film left on the face, which I think might be the moisturizing effect.

After being selected for The Hwahae Testers, I used it religiously for two weeks. The most important aspects - thorough cleansing and good emulsification - are great. However, the fragrance is really not to my liking. Even after using a foam cleanser for the second cleanse, the scent lingers on my hands, so I'm not inclined to reach for it again. Despite being chosen for testing, I can't only write positive reviews, so this is my honest critique. If the scent were improved, I'd consider repurchasing!
