I'll compare it to the Centella Cleansing Oil I was using until recently. Consistency: When squeezed onto my hand, it felt less sticky than the Centella Cleansing Oil. Color: Bright yellow (similar to edible canola oil). Cleansing effectiveness: I didn't notice a big difference in cleansing power, but it seemed to remove makeup well without damaging the skin barrier. As expected from a cleansing oil, it removed makeup effectively. I only used a cleansing soap for my second cleanse. Texture: Compared to the Centella Cleansing Oil I used before, this feels more like raw oil. I wished it glided a bit more smoothly during facial massage, but it wasn't particularly rough or sticky. Overall impression: I'll need to use up the whole bottle to know for sure, but so far I prefer the Centella Cleansing Oil. However, I liked that the distinct color of this oil made it easy to see where I was cleansing. The pump cap has a locking feature (like twisting a shampoo cap when you first open it), which makes it great for travel! The texture is slightly disappointing, but not enough to be a major concern. Don't be stingy with the product to avoid creating wrinkles during massage. Pump 3-4 times for a thorough massage, then slightly dampen your face with lukewarm water to emulsify the oil (I've heard the emulsification process is crucial). Rinse with lukewarm water and finish with cool water. I find that cleansing oils often leave residue around my nose and eyelid creases, so I use an exfoliating toner afterwards. This ensures a perfect cleanse!

It's a cruelty-free product that doesn't involve animal testing. 2. Contains Moringa Oil -> The Moringa tree is known as the 'Tree of Life' and 'Miracle Tree'! It's rich in vitamins A, C, B, unsaturated fatty acids, polyphenols, and minerals, which help prevent skin aging. 3. The product description claims it causes 'minimal irritation', and I can confirm that it feels very gentle when applied. Unlike MNKJ, which sometimes felt heavy and thick on my face and occasionally caused skin reactions, this product feels incredibly soft and light. It truly lives up to its claim of being low-irritation. 1. The instructions could be more detailed -> While cleansing oils are widely used and familiar to many, the last line of the usage instructions is a bit confusing: 'Massage with slightly damp hands and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.' It's unclear whether this means to emulsify the product or just to do a quick massage before rinsing. More specific instructions would help users get the most out of the product. 2. The pump dispenser needs improvement Unlike other cleansing oils that dispense smoothly, this one shoots out forcefully like a water gun. No matter how gently I press the pump, the product comes out too strongly, making it difficult to control the amount. Sometimes it even sprays onto unintended areas instead of landing in my palm. I really wish they would replace the current pump mechanism.

As a Hwahae Tester, this was the first time I encountered a pump that was so hard to control. When I pressed it firmly, it sprayed out like a water gun, which was quite surprising! So the difficulty in controlling the amount is a downside. Also, the scent wasn't to my liking. It smells like a traditional medicine clinic, which might be good for the skin, but it reminds me of the scent my grandmother had after getting moxibustion at such a clinic. I can't pinpoint the exact fragrance, but it's not bothersome at all. As someone with dry skin, I usually find my skin gets extremely dry (to the point where makeup flakes) in winter when using M** cleansing oil. However, with the Axis-Y cleansing oil, I loved that it left my skin feeling moisturized even after emulsification. I apply sunscreen up to my neck, so I use cleansing oil there too. During the first few days of use, I experienced some blemishes on both my face and neck. Now that my skin has adjusted, I no longer get any breakouts.
