I used the Hwahae toner well, and since the reviews for the ampoule were also good, I bought it. While it takes a bit of time to absorb, I like that I don't feel any inner dryness. After applying it about 2 times, it finishes with a slightly sticky, tacky-like texture, but if I quickly cover it with a cream, it doesn't feel sticky at all.
