I really appreciated the extra 60ml of ampoule they included.
ConsThe spots where the granules dissolve turn white, and it stings when applied to the face. I got used to it by the time I finished the bottle, but it was like that even halfway through. While it doesn't show instant results and I didn't notice any significant effects, I suppose I should be satisfied that it didn't cause any major blemishes.

This is my first time trying an amino acid product.
ConsAfter using a volcanic ash mask, applying this makes my face sting more and turn red.

It doesn't run off but stays concentrated, allowing the skin to fully absorb all the product. It's incredibly hydrating while also providing nourishment - a true hydration, soothing, and nourishing powerhouse!
ConsThe only slight downside is... the quantity is a bit small? But then again, most other ampoules come in similar sizes. Also, I occasionally felt a slight tingling sensation, though I'm not sure which ingredient caused it. However, it didn't cause any breakouts or skin reactions. Maybe it's due to the amino acid ingredients?
TipSince it's a concentrated ampoule, I apply it right after using my regular toner to even out my skin. This ampoule perfectly preps my skin with hydration before applying emulsion and cream. You know how just having that proper hydration before your emulsion can make such a difference in your skin condition for the day!

It has some thickness when drawn up with the dropper, but once it reacts with your skin's warmth, it becomes more fluid, making it easy for the skin to absorb. ⛳️ Scent: Nearly fragrance-free. I couldn't detect any scent, but those with sensitive noses might pick up on something... Maybe I've desensitized my nose from using too much perfume? ⛳️ Feel: Great for summer use with just this and a moisturizer. It contains fermented ingredients, so I have high hopes for its skin benefits. When applied, it gives a burst of hydration and leaves the skin feeling moisturized. However, this could also be due to increased oil production and high humidity in summer... I'll need to try it in winter to know for sure! ⛳️ Bottle design: You might wonder why I'm mentioning bottle design for a skincare product, but apart from the cheap plastic dropper tip, it's quite elegant. The embossed brand name adds a nice touch, and while it might be difficult to recycle, it's beautiful! The lipid layer in the ampoule looks like mother-of-pearl... So pretty!
Cons🏏 Skin irritation: Surprisingly, it can cause some skin irritation! I'm using a spicule treatment, so my skin is sensitive, and it stings when applied on the same day! So on days I use the spicule (needle shot), I use a different hydrating ampoule and mist instead. It seems to contain some mild exfoliating ingredients that cause the stinging sensation. 🏏 Dropper: The dropper doesn't pick up the ampoule as well as those from other brands. It's so inefficient that I wondered if it was damaged during shipping. Even when squeezed tightly, it only fills halfway up the dropper, so I have to repeat the process once or twice to get enough product. I wish they'd reconsider the dropper design.
TipI just learned that Dictionista is collaborating with It's Skin! In summer, I always keep it in my skincare fridge - it feels amazing! Highly recommend!

As they say, what's pleasing to the eye is pleasing to use, so it's even better that something so pretty is going on my skin. This brightening ampoule contains amino acids and is free from harmful ingredients, which gave me peace of mind while using it. Although the usage period was short and I didn't see immediate brightening effects, we all know that achieving a brighter complexion is a long-term commitment! The texture has a slight viscosity, offering both hydration and richness. After application, there's a lasting bouncy feeling, which made me feel like it was really locking in moisture. There's a subtle, fresh herbal scent, but it's so faint that it shouldn't bother most people. I didn't experience any blemishes while using it, and I loved the hydrating formula, texture, and the inclusion of niacinamide. I'm planning to repurchase once I finish this bottle.
ConsIt stings when applied to broken skin. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I appreciated the slight richness, but those with very oily skin or those who dislike any oiliness might find it a bit too rich for their liking.
TipThe ampoule contains tiny capsules, so make sure to gently massage it in for better absorption!

The texture is similar to that of a toner. Texture: A runny, fluid consistency, comparable to a slightly viscous toner. Scent: Fragrance-free, which I absolutely loved. I have sensitive skin that sometimes breaks out due to fragrances, but I had no issues with this product! Interaction with other skincare products: This seems to play well with other products in my routine. It doesn't pill or create a weird texture when layered, regardless of what I pair it with.
ConsAreas for improvement: The dropper sometimes struggles to pick up the product, which can be a bit inconvenient to use. When applied alone and left for a while, my skin felt slightly itchy or tingly. However, this sensation improved when I layered other products on top. If you have dry skin, I'd recommend avoiding using this product by itself.

It doesn't drip, which made application easy. I applied it by gently patting it into my skin for better absorption. + Hydration boost After application, my skin felt firm and plump. Sunscreen and makeup layered well on top of it. I didn't need to apply a separate emulsion after this serum, as my skin didn't feel dry or lacking moisture. + The lack of noticeable fragrance made it comfortable to use. The transparent bottle with a dropper makes it easy to see how much product is left.
ConsTingling sensation While my cheeks and forehead were fine, I felt a slight tingling on my chin where I had blemishes. I had to be careful when applying it, similar to using an acne treatment. Dropper issues The dropper doesn't pick up much product, which was a bit frustrating. This might be due to the viscous texture. Due to the extremely hot weather lately, it felt a bit heavy to apply after showering.
TipA functional serum that's great for those with deep dryness, especially during seasonal changes.

The texture isn't quite runny, but it's not so watery that it drips everywhere, making it suitable for my dry skin. After using it, my skin feels somewhat improved. The scent is neutral, which is great for someone like me who doesn't like strongly fragranced products.
ConsIt doesn't absorb immediately and seems to sit on the surface a bit. There's a slight tingling sensation when first applied, but it doesn't persist and becomes fine after a few applications. This could be due to the ingredients, though it didn't cause any blemishes.
TipSince it tends to sit on the skin's surface, I recommend using it at night for best results.

It has a slightly runny texture but still manages to hold the skin firmly, absorbing well into the skin. It's not sticky at all, which makes it really easy to use. I'm especially impressed with the packaging and bottle design - they're absolutely gorgeous! The gradient design on the inside is just a pleasure to look at.
ConsI felt a slight tingling sensation and tightness after application. Unfortunately, my T-zone started to look a bit oily afterwards. I have combination skin and my oil production tends to increase in summer, so that might be why. It's also a bit disappointing that it doesn't have a cooling effect, which would have been nice for summer use.
TipStoring it in the fridge seems to work well! I think it would absorb nicely if applied right after toner and before serum. Of course, following up with a moisturizing cream would be ideal to prevent any feeling of tightness. The bottle is so pretty that you could definitely repurpose it once it's empty!

But when you actually dispense it with the dropper, it's a fragrance-free, water-like formula that absorbs quickly, leaving a refreshing feeling. There's a slight stickiness right after application, but it quickly disappears like magic. While it does make your skin feel hydrated, its watery consistency makes me wonder if it's just sitting on the surface or truly penetrating deep into the skin. I'll need to use it more to really tell.
ConsI haven't experienced any blemishes from it. When your skin barrier is weakened, a slight tingling sensation seems unavoidable. My skin's barrier is currently compromised, which might be lowering its absorption rate - that's a bit disappointing. Once my barrier is restored, I expect the absorption to improve. Apart from my skin's current state, the only drawback of the product is the short dropper (some might think it's trivial, but good packaging design, right down to the basic container, can influence whether users repurchase. Many people won't buy a product again, no matter how good it is, if they think 'that short dropper will make it hard to use up completely'). Also, considering the price, the volume seems a bit low (by my standards), especially now that 50ml sizes are common.
TipKeep using it consistently!
