While I didn't see much effect personally, it seems to work well as a toner.
ConsAs you use it, you'll notice white powder forming around the bottle opening and even on the floor. It seems to happen as the toner dries.

The price point is really attractive.
ConsThe formula isn't completely water-like, it has a bit of viscosity. If it gets on the bottle opening, it dries white, so you need to wipe it often. I'll probably try a different exfoliating toner next time.

I use it as an exfoliating toner for improving skin texture. If you use a thick cotton pad, it applies gently, which I really like. Even after exfoliating, the hydration lasts for a long time. Some might not enjoy the slippery feeling, but I love how it quickly makes my skin feel fresh and moisturized.
ConsI'm not sure about its effectiveness in improving skin texture yet. Also, it tends to dry around the bottle opening, forming hard white powder residue. The same happens with the ampoule.
TipMake sure to buy it when it's on sale!

When I applied it with a cotton pad, I was pleasantly surprised by its unique texture - not quite like water, but smoother with a slight viscosity that made for a delightfully different application. It felt more like a serum, leaving my skin feeling hydrated for a while after use. The fragrance-free formula was a nice touch too. I've been using it morning and evening for a week now, and while I haven't noticed any dramatic brightening effects yet, I'm planning to continue using it consistently.
ConsAfter a few days of use, I was disappointed to see some dried-up residue around the bottle's opening when I unscrewed the cap.
TipYou could try creating your own toner pads by layering several cotton pads in an empty container, similar to cleansing pads. It might be a convenient way to use this product.

With my thin and dry skin, I'm personally very satisfied with how it applies. I'll need to use it more to be sure, but I think it might help with blemishes too. I'm using this with my 60-year-old mom, and she's also thrilled that it's not a watery toner. I'd love to give it 4.5 stars because of the minor drawback mentioned below, but since that's not an option, I'm settling for 4 stars!
ConsWhile it feels amazing when applied to the skin, it dries rather quickly. There's no irritation or anything like that, but despite the initial moisturizing feel (even when applied generously), it's disappointing how fast it dries without leaving lasting hydration. The scent isn't strong, but it's not particularly pleasant either. However, it's not bothersome and fades quickly.
TipFor me, it's a bit dry to use on its own, so I pair it with my usual Numbers 3 toner. This combination works great and keeps my skin hydrated! But typically, you wouldn't use two toners, right? It should be sufficient on its own, which is slightly disappointing. I think this product would be perfect for those with oily skin.

It helped control oiliness and improved skin texture, resulting in clearer and more stable skin. Texture: Although the formula is thin, it's quite slippery, so it wasn't suitable as an exfoliating toner. Instead, I added it between my toner and essence steps. Clarity: While I thought my skin became more translucent as it cleared up, it's more accurate to say that I saw improvements in skin texture. Hydration: If you have completely oily skin, this might work differently, but if you have any deep dryness, this product can't replace other steps in your routine. Sensitivity: While I can't say it's particularly effective at calming blemishes, as my skin stabilized, I didn't experience any severe breakouts. I think using it for a longer period could yield even better results.
ConsAs someone with severe deep dryness, I found it disappointing that the product dries so quickly that you can feel the dryness immediately after application.
TipIf you consistently use this when your skin feels hot all over and has an uneven texture, you can see effects in calming and stabilizing your complexion.

The generous amount doesn't leak when applying with a cotton pad, so there's no waste. Almost fragrance-free. I've been using it morning and night for 5 days for its whitening effects. While I'm not sure about its impact on dark spots specifically, I feel like my overall complexion has improved.
ConsThe plastic lid finish is a bit rough. It dries too quickly, meaning the hydration doesn't last long.
TipFor its whitening benefits, I gently wipe with a cotton pad, then leave the pad on areas with dark spots for a few extra seconds.

Its texture is close to water, with a slightly higher viscosity. The product has a unique, pleasant scent - a bit sweet, but it dissipates quickly after application. What I love most is how it works hard to refine skin texture, thanks to its AHA and amino acid components. It's perfect for those with super sensitive skin who might be cautious about using peeling gels or wash-off masks. The toner's ability to dissolve dead skin cells is a game-changer. It seems to contain other exfoliating ingredients besides AHA, making it an excellent exfoliating toner. Despite its watery consistency, it has enough substance to both hydrate and smooth the skin. It's from the brand known for their jelly pads and ampoules, and it definitely feels more premium than budget-friendly. After using it, my skin feels incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended!
ConsWhile it doesn't completely eliminate deep dryness, it's important to note that this doesn't mean your skin will feel parched or dry quickly. As someone who prefers ultra-hydrating toners, I find it works best when alternated with other products.
TipIf you have some lingering dead skin cells, you might notice white residue when applying the toner. In such cases, you can either gently wipe it off on the back of your hand as you apply, follow your skin's natural texture, or consider using an exfoliating toner beforehand.
