  There's nothing to complain about. If anything, I regret not trying a balm-type cleanser sooner!

  Pros

  I have oily skin and persistent acne due to an underlying condition, so I've been taking prescribed medication daily. During my 12-day European trip, I wore makeup every day. Surprisingly, thanks to using a shower head filter and this cleansing balm, I barely had any blemishes! As a result, I've now switched from cleansing oil to the Medicube balm. I highly recommend it for acne-prone skin!

  There's absolutely nothing to complain about! The balm format makes it convenient to carry, and its cleansing effectiveness is excellent.

  As someone with dry and sensitive skin, I found this product quite suitable. I've always preferred oil or balm-type cleansers, so it didn't feel heavy. The tiny dark particles inside give it a scrub-like feel, making it seem like it's doing a deep cleanse. Since I don't wear makeup daily, I didn't use it every day, and it wasn't irritating for me.

  Cons

  If your skin is in a sensitive state, you might find the scrub-like black particles inside a bit irritating. Also, being a balm-type cleanser, it's easy to use too much. If you use too little, it feels insufficient, but if you feel you've used enough, it might be too much, resulting in a very moisturizing cleanse.
