The cleansing power is excellent, and it contains exfoliating particles that effectively remove sebum and impurities during cleansing. It leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth! If you use it too frequently, it might remove excess sebum, but you'll go through the product quickly. It's a shame to use it up so fast! I recommend using it only 3-4 times a week for best results. - aw****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 28, 2025
Used from September 2024 to present (about 8 months) Removes makeup gently and effectively While cleansing oils often caused blemishes for me, this product suits my skin well I have seborrheic dermatitis around my eyes, which can get extremely dry at times... I have combination skin It's not very harsh, so it doesn't dramatically remove dead skin cells - al*******Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 25, 2025
The makeup comes off easily, and with its cica ingredients, it seems great for soothing the skin as well. While the granules seem to enhance the cleansing effectiveness, they caused a bit of irritation, making my skin feel tingling. I don't spend too long cleansing and follow up with a double cleanse routine. - 59********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 28, 2025
I've been using this for 5 months. It has powerful cleansing effectiveness that even removes Kiss Me mascara in one go, yet it's not irritating to the skin at all. The subtle fragrance doesn't cause any aversion. I've used it daily, even on days without makeup, just to remove sunscreen, and it hasn't stressed my skin at all. This is the ideal cleansing balm for super sensitive skin. When emulsifying, it keeps clumping and doesn't dissolve easily. Compared to other cleansing balms, you need to wet it more frequently, which can be a bit inconvenient. - sp*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 20, 2025
It effectively removes dead skin cells and blackheads. The exfoliation seems particularly good. The price is a bit steep compared to other cleansing oils, which is disappointing. - rl*********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 10, 2025
This cleansing balm effortlessly removes even heavy stage makeup like Kiss Me mascara and glittery eyeshadow in one go, eliminating the need for a separate makeup remover. It melts smoothly with body heat, allowing for gentle rolling and effective removal without irritation. Unlike oils that can drip, this balm's stick format lets you apply it directly to your face for convenience. The lid has a built-in holder for the stick, making storage a breeze. It's perfect for travel - no worries about spills! There's nothing to complain about. If anything, I regret not trying a balm-type cleanser sooner! For best results, roll the balm over your entire face to dissolve all makeup. Then, emulsify it by gently massaging with slightly damp hands, similar to how you'd use a cleansing oil. Repeat this process a few times for thorough cleansing. - ji********Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 27, 2025
This is an essential item for smoothing out uneven skin texture. You can immediately feel your skin becoming softer after cleansing. My only regret is that I didn't discover this product sooner. Otherwise, I'm completely satisfied. - j0******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 1, 2025
Rolling it gently on my nose daily, followed by a water rinse and wiping with a sponge, is fantastic for removing blackheads without irritation I tried using it all over my face for a while, but it wasn't really worth it - ru********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedDec 3, 2024
It's great for removing blackheads and makeup with minimal irritation while still providing a thorough cleanse The amount is less than expected, and you need to rinse thoroughly with water to ensure all the oily residue is removed - dm********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 22, 2024
I needed a cleansing balm during the Medicube sale, so I bought this one since it was cheap. It turned out to be even better than I expected! First off, I loved that it wasn't too runny when scooped with the spatula. I had previously used and really enjoyed the Numbuzin cleansing balm, but it felt a bit thin and ran out quickly, which was disappointing. The Medicube cleansing balm, on the other hand, has a generous amount - I feel like it lasts twice as long as my previous one. Most importantly, its cleansing effectiveness is fantastic. I used to do a triple cleanse with balm, oil, and foam, but now I skip the oil cleanser. That's how well it removes makeup! There are brown granules in the balm that seem to help it cleanse even more thoroughly. The scent isn't bothersome either. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this cleansing balm. I bought it during a sale, but the regular price is a bit on the expensive side. If you asked me if I'd repurchase after finishing this, I'd probably say no. While I'm quite satisfied with this cleansing balm, I feel there are many other equally good options on the market that offer better value for money. Scoop it with the spatula and massage it well on dry skin. Since emulsification is crucial, make sure to add water and continue massaging for even better makeup removal.
