  I've been using this for 5 months. It has powerful cleansing effectiveness that even removes Kiss Me mascara in one go, yet it's not irritating to the skin at all. The subtle fragrance doesn't cause any aversion. I've used it daily, even on days without makeup, just to remove sunscreen, and it hasn't stressed my skin at all. This is the ideal cleansing balm for super sensitive skin.

  Cons

  When emulsifying, it keeps clumping and doesn't dissolve easily. Compared to other cleansing balms, you need to wet it more frequently, which can be a bit inconvenient.

  Effective for improving blackheads with a smooth application. Unlike cleansing wipes that can be harsh, and cleansing oils that feel heavy and suffocating, this product is gentle and lightweight, which I really appreciate.

  Cons

  Like with all cleansers, I feel the need to double cleanse for that truly clean feeling. The same goes for this cleansing balm - a second cleanse is necessary.

The tiny dark particles inside give it a scrub-like feel, making it seem like it's doing a deep cleanse. Since I don't wear makeup daily, I didn't use it every day, and it wasn't irritating for me.

  If your skin is in a sensitive state, you might find the scrub-like black particles inside a bit irritating. Also, being a balm-type cleanser, it's easy to use too much. If you use too little, it feels insufficient, but if you feel you've used enough, it might be too much, resulting in a very moisturizing cleanse.

  It's just great! Not irritating and removes makeup really well. My skin feels soft and not dry after cleansing, which I love. Usually, I get red bumps if I use the wrong cleanser, but with this one, I don't get any blemishes at all!

  You can immediately feel your skin becoming soft and smooth after using it! When emulsified with warm water, it effectively removes sebum. It's gentle enough for daily use on acne-prone skin without causing irritation.

  Cons

  It runs out faster than expected. I wish they would release a larger size.

  Tip

  Make sure to massage it in circular motions for about 3 minutes, then thoroughly emulsify with warm water!
