✨ Real review after using up the entire tube ✨ ❤️ Decent hydration for everyday use When my skin is in good condition (for oily skin), it doesn't feel dry and has just the right amount of richness. However, when my skin barrier is compromised and I feel dry, it's fine for the first couple of hours after application, but then I start to feel some deep dryness. It's fairly decent for daily use. ❤️ Personally love the packaging design It has a square cap with a tube shape. After seeing the same round tube containers every day, this product felt refreshingly different and I really liked it. 🤔 Surprisingly rich texture While the formula itself is far from thick and feels very hydrating, once applied, it leaves a slippery oiliness on my oily skin. It feels like it's floating on top without absorbing well. After about 10 minutes, some of that richness dissipates and it starts to feel like it's adhering to the skin. 🤔 Soothing effect? Not so sure The product name includes 'panthetine', so it seems to focus on soothing and regenerating effects, but honestly, I'm not sure about its soothing properties. The hydration effect is not bad though. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 24, 2025
This winter, when everything I applied left my skin around the mouth flaky and irritated after a few hours due to a compromised skin barrier, this cream was the only one that truly provided lasting hydration. I must have tried 6-7 different creams this winter, but this one had the best moisturizing power by far. It feels like a cream version of a multi-balm, creating a moisture barrier without clogging pores. The texture is light yet deeply hydrating, which I absolutely love. If you have dry skin, you should definitely give this a try. I've used over 10 jars of Aestura cream, but even that fell slightly short in lasting power during the coldest days. Personally, I find the Manyo Factory Pantethine Cream to be the best for long-lasting hydration. While it's fragrance-free, there's a slight scent from the raw ingredients, similar to Vaseline, but it's not strong enough to be bothersome. If you don't apply a generous layer of serum underneath to create a slippery base, the application can be a bit challenging (due to its balm-like texture, you need to press it into the skin). So, I always make sure to apply two layers of serum before using this cream. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinNov 16, 2024
It's so moisturizing! The hydration power is incredible. It's gentle and has great ingredients. It contains soothing ingredients like allantoin, panthenol, and ectoin. The absorption could be better. Because of this, it can feel a bit slippery on the skin. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 8, 2024
The hydration seems to last for a long time. As someone with extremely dry skin, I always had to layer Elizabeth Arden's Eight Hour Cream in fall and winter, but this year I haven't needed to yet. We'll see how it performs in the dead of winter. The texture feels like it forms a soft barrier, but not a suffocating one - it's as if it's naturally enhancing my skin's own protective layer, which I'm very pleased with. I didn't experience any blemishes. It absorbs well, so there's no hassle of having to reapply frequently. I'm very satisfied with this product and would definitely repurchase! I think it would be nice if the volume was a bit larger. Perhaps due to its slightly slippery texture, when I squeeze it out, it tends to drip, so I have to quickly catch it with my finger and spread it on my skin. The texture felt like touching whipped cream. It absorbed into the skin comfortably and lightly. The finish felt like a very thin moisturizing layer on my face, without any discomfort. I've been enjoying Manyo Factory's Bifida Barrier Cream, and this Pantethine line seems great too. It applies smoothly and gently on the skin without causing any blemishes, so it feels like a cream you can use without worry. True to its name as a barrier cream, it seemed to help with barrier recovery. I think I've found another cream to add to my routine... And the hydration really lasts, which is fantastic! It's also great as a pre-makeup moisturizer. While I have very dry skin and am enjoying this in the current weather, those with oily or combination dehydrated skin (who produce oil after cleansing) might find the thin layer uncomfortable, heavy, or slippery. - Hwahae UserDry SkinSensitive SkinNov 1, 2024
A moisturizing formula that's perfect for dry skin. I loved how smoothly it applies, and the hydration lasts for a long time. After applying toner, I layered this on twice, and it kept my skin from feeling dry. It doesn't cause any itching or tingling, making it great for those with dry, sensitive skin to use in winter for improving their skin barrier! The finish feels a bit rich. It seems to form a slight film, leaving a slick, oily feeling rather than being quickly absorbed or deeply penetrating the skin. This might be a matter of personal preference. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinFeb 20, 2024
After being perfectly settled with Amore Pacific's Soon Plus Emulsion, I had to switch brands... I wandered here and there until I found this product. Being a cream, it has a thick texture, so it's not exactly light, but after applying, it feels like it creates a moisturizing barrier. It's so hydrating! I love that it's fragrance-free and colorless, and the ingredients are gentle. I plan to use it continuously, though I'm not sure how it'll perform in the warm summer weather. After letting a hydrating essence absorb fully and then applying this product, the moisturizing effect lasts for a very long time, and my face feels comfortable. The packaging design is clean and sleek, with a square opening that adds a nice touch. This product contains more oil than hydration. Honestly, it just creates a layer without providing much moisture. As time passes, it becomes quite oily. It gets really slippery on areas like the temples and eyelids. I've been using it without any issues since it's still chilly outside and I haven't experienced any blemishes, but I'm not sure how it'll perform in spring and summer. After generously applying a hydrating essence and using a rubber mask, I finish with this cream. It keeps my skin moisturized and gives me a clear complexion all day long. I love it! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 13, 2024
As someone with combination dehydrated skin that's also super sensitive, I always struggled with deep dryness during dry seasons. Even using ampoules and mixing things into my creams didn't help. But with this cream, I don't feel that deep dryness anymore. I love that it's not irritating for sensitive skin, addresses deep dryness, and comes in a user-friendly container. The square cap, unlike the round ones on other tubes, seems to stand more stably. For combination dehydrated skin, the finish is crucial. If you use even slightly too much, it can feel greasy and slippery. The slippery feeling does go away after a few minutes though. Just focus on hydration and finish with this cream for a sufficiently moisturizing skincare routine. It's a great product for streamlining your skincare regimen! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopy SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 28, 2023
Absorbs well: The way it glides on smoothly is fantastic. Oil and moisture balance: Highly recommended for those who prefer a richer feel over hydration! Lasting richness: I love how the rich texture persists for a long time! Itch relief: My calves were very itchy, but applying this definitely improved the situation! It's a bit slippery. For my preference, it feels more rich than hydrating, which was disappointing. - Hwahae UserOily SkinOct 25, 2023
My skin type fluctuates between oily and combination dehydrated. Currently, my skin condition isn't great due to a dermatological issue, but generally, it's not super sensitive - rather, it's a bit on the resilient side. This cream applies smoothly and absorbs quickly. You don't need to pat it in excessively. The texture feels incredibly light upon application, but afterwards, there's a slightly silky, rich feel. That said, it's not overly oily. Whether I'm applying it before makeup in the morning or before bed at night, I usually layer it twice or more. It's never caused my makeup to pill or clump, and it maintains good hydration without feeling dry. The tube packaging is very practical, and I'm thrilled that it's fragrance-free. I'm not a fan of scented skincare, so this was a big plus for me. Despite my less-than-ideal skin condition due to a dermatological issue, I found this cream comfortable to use without any irritation. Given my oily skin type, the somewhat slick texture can feel a bit heavy at times. Other than that, I didn't find any drawbacks worth mentioning.
