  Pros

  If you don't have dry skin, this could be great for a light summer skincare routine with just a few products. Or for those without dry skin who want to add extra hydration in winter.

  Cons

  It's not bad, but it's not great either. It pretends to provide moisture, but it feels like it's only hydrating the surface. It's actually so rich that it feels lacking in hydration. I don't find myself reaching for it often.

  I've heard a lot about the popularity of Manyo Factory products, but this was my first time using one! First off, as many others have mentioned, from the moment I received it, I could sense the brand's eco-conscious values just from the packaging. With no tape, it was easy for me to recycle too! I used the product for about a week, morning and night, as part of my skincare routine. My skin type tends to be on the dry side, and compared to other toners, this one definitely has a richer texture. It's more suited to applying with your hands rather than a cotton pad. When applied, it felt more like an essence than a toner, which seemed to help with deep dryness, so I'd recommend it for those with dry skin! Since it doesn't contain any irritating ingredients, I didn't experience any blemishes or tingling sensations. It felt like a great product for daily use, especially for starting your skincare routine in this cold winter weather.

  Cons

  If I had to point out a downside, it would be the toner bottle opening, which many others have mentioned too. The texture is already quite rich, and with the flat bottle shape, you need to shake it a lot to get the desired amount out. This inevitably leads to the toner messily coating the area around the opening. It would be great if this aspect could be improved. I didn't notice any drawbacks in terms of the product's effectiveness itself!

  Tip

  After the initial application, I found that layering it two or three more times and patting it in really gives the skin a deeply hydrated feeling. During these very dry days, I've been applying it multiple times!

  I absolutely loved this product!! It's said to function as both an essence and toner, which might explain why it's so incredibly hydrating. It really helped calm my skin's heat and I saw amazing results... My skin texture seemed to improve instantly, and makeup applies beautifully after absorption. It's a completely satisfying product!!!

  Cons

  There weren't really any downsides, but if I had to find one, I think it might be a bit rich for summer weather? It's perfect for the current climate though!

  Tip

  Make sure to pat it in well for absorption! I inquired with the Manyo Factory channel, and they said since this product combines a toner and essence, there's no need to apply another essence after using this.

  First off, it's easier to control the amount compared to other toners, and it seems to absorb well. After applying 3-4 layers and touching my skin, it definitely feels firm and bouncy.

  Cons

  It's a bit rich to use as a toner right before applying makeup, so it's better suited for use before bed or in the morning as part of a regular skincare routine.

  - Lives up to its name as an essence toner by providing excellent hydration to the skin - Perfect for those who dislike heavy skincare in the morning (Just applying toner pack -> Pantethine essence toner -> sunscreen makes makeup go on flawlessly!) - Absolutely no stickiness, feels fresh and light - Surprisingly generous amount, lasts a long time (Used it day and night daily, and it lasted over 6 months)

  Cons

  - The container lid doesn't seem to match the product's consistency... As it's an essence toner with a fluid texture, the lid seems more suitable for thick creams, making it inconvenient to use and unhygienic (you need to keep wiping it clean)

  Tip

  I'd recommend this more for combination or oily skin types rather than dry skin. If you have dry skin and want to use this product, it might be good to apply a serum beforehand!   Since I started swimming regularly, I found my usual skincare products left my skin feeling super dry after my sessions. I was on the hunt for something more hydrating when I was fortunately selected as one of The Hwahae Testers to try this product. I'm already familiar with Manyo Factory's reputation - I've used their ampoules before, and I've lost count of how many bottles of their cleansing oil I've gone through! Their products are known for gentle ingredients and being non-irritating, which is why I keep coming back to them. The Panthenol Essence Toner is fragrance-free and has a slightly thicker consistency than your average toner, as the name suggests. It's incredibly moisturizing - applying just this toner feels like you've already used an essence too. I'm especially diligent about applying it generously after my swim sessions!

  I haven't found any downsides yet. It might be a bit rich for summer use though.

  Pros

  True to its name, this has an essence-like rich texture! It's the ultimate 'runny' toner among runny toners. The hydration is so good you could skip the ampoule step. Recently, due to the changing seasons, I was worried about small blemishes and redness, but applying this toner generously before bed really calmed my skin. While it doesn't prevent new blemishes or speed up healing, the product is so gentle that it feels like it's comfortably enveloping sensitive skin. There's barely any scent, so it's not bothersome, and the pretty sky-blue bottle makes me happy every time I use it. I received a pantothenol cream sample from another brand, and it felt similar to this brand's soothing bean cream. It creates a protective layer without being too oily, which was also nice.

  Cons

  As I have combination dehydrated skin, using this along with my usual routine of ampoules and pads felt a bit heavy. I think it would be better suited for fall and winter, and for those with dry or combination skin types. Also, the product comes out quite thick, making it difficult to saturate a cotton pad. It was easier to use as an absorbing toner rather than an exfoliating toner or for patting.

  Tip

  After exfoliating or extracting blemishes, applying this generously helped calm things down significantly.

  Texture: It's like a cream skin formula, but a bit thicker! It's not a runny or snotty texture, but rather rich without being sticky...? It feels just like its name suggests - an essence toner. Hydration: It's much more hydrating than regular toners, effectively addressing deep dryness. Despite its texture, it absorbs well without sitting on top of the skin. It feels lighter than cream skin? It seems less rich in oils. However, those with oily skin might find it heavy for a toner. It's perfect for combination dehydrated skin types with severe deep dryness! I usually apply toner 2-3 times for my severely dry skin, but with this, one application is enough to combat deep dryness. Scent: It's fragrance-free! There's no discomfort due to scent at all.

  Given the rich texture, the small opening makes it difficult to dispense. This causes some inconvenience during use.
