  First off, I love that the packaging doesn't use tape. The product description suggests applying multiple layers, and since it absorbs quickly, it's easy to do so. You can even leave it on your face and multitask without it dripping off. It's not quite a runny toner, but it has the perfect consistency! I found that applying three layers works best. Even with just one application, you can feel your skin becoming firmer and softer. Its biggest advantage is that it provides excellent hydration without feeling sticky. To dispense the right amount, quickly turn the bottle upside down and tap it lightly twice. They market it for skin barrier improvement, so I thought I'd give it a try. It seems to be effective! While I didn't have severe barrier damage, so the effects weren't dramatically noticeable, there's definitely something... different. My skin condition has been great lately, and I feel like something's changed. My makeup seems to apply better too. Plus, I'm happy to see a few blemishes disappearing! This toner would be great for those with a compromised skin barrier. P.S. The Hwahae Testers are spot on... It really cools down any burning sensation and feels so refreshing!!! Make sure to try it as a mask!
